Overpriced. Quality of work wasn't what I was expecting. Ombre dipping was inconsistent. Two nails fell because poorly execution of the "tech" then forced to remove the nails to find out over-drilling (deep ridges). I paid more than $100 to get them ruined. I asked for an American in my toe nails and they gave me a French. Manicure was done after dipping. Ridiculous! They work quickly on you and they execute poorly. Be careful. They claim they use autoclave but packages are not sealed. They should open a package of tools in front of you. Very questionable. I'm avoiding nail bars from now on. I'll find a reliable tech that operates by appointment on own space and will ask not to be drilled again. Nails can be polished by hand. Read Less

Truly disappointed in my first experience. My friend is a loyal client.  Our services were for 5:30 pm Friday.  The first mistake was that she didn't get her requested technician. My services received were the jubilee pedicure and a nexgen manicure. If it weren't for the decent pedicure experience my rating would be a 1.  Save your hard earn money and go to another salon.  My nexgen is Terrible. If the manicurist was not comfortable with glitter powder she should have asked a more experienced tech to do it. She continually shared that the glitter would be lumpy and was difficult to do.  The work below took the tech 1.5 hours. By 7 pm i was ready to leave.  I'm  not likely to return. Read Less

My name is Ashlee and today was my second experience at Glee. I wear long with nails with gel polish and coffin shape. During today's visit I was informed that I wasn't charged correctly at my previous visit, so today would be more. After clarification from Mary (manager) as to why... it made since, although unfortunate. During this visit, I was cut with the drill twice and ignored when I asked a question by the nail tech. Before the nail tech polished them, I noticed that my... old polish was still on almost all of my nails. I then asked her to stop and asked Mary if the old polish can be removed. They clearly expressed to me that they shouldn't have to because it would be polished over but I said no other patron has to have old polish, so why should I? They responded they are getting Nexgen. I asked is that the only way to have old polish removed? The nail tech finally agreed to file the polish off but it wouldn't come off. Mary then relayed that they could not meet my needs and asked me not to come back and refused to finish my nails. As the owner, I would like to know if you feel the same way? Came here for a quick eyebrow and lip wax. They had me sit in a chair out in the open (which was very unsettling to me as usually there is a private room to get these services done). Then the lady had a bright light shining only on the left side of my face. When she was done I had to have her go back twice for spots she totally missed (probably due to the horrible lighting situation) and I left with sticky spots all over my face. Oh, AND she ripped off skin on my actual lips. TERRIBLE. I will never come back here for waxing again. Too bad, cuz their pedicures are just fine. Read Less

First time to go to Glee and so happy I popped in on a whim.You must see Lynn!!! She is amazing and gives you exactly what you want. I went in today just for a pedicure. I needed gel taken off my toes and reapplied. I told her I was not interested in the massage but wanted her to focus on cleaning up my cuticles and making my feet as soft as possible :) And she did just that! Best pedi ever! I will be back to see her. As far as the massage goes... The nail technicians were kind and did a great job. The salon is clean, neat, and the technicians were professional. Overall, my mother and I had a good experience getting a manicure/pedicure. The only thing is my mother wished they would have had more gel colors that matched the regular colors. Great service and experience, we will definitely come back again. Thanks to everyone! I have had the same excellent nail tech for several years and she recently decided to make a move to the salon and so I followed her to Glee Nails.3 weeks ago, I had my very first appointment there, and I showed up 10 minutes early for my appointment, and I had to wait 45 minutes before being seen (bear in mind, I called a week earlier and made an appointment -I didn't just walk in).  At the same appointment, I had a pedicure. I chose a particular pedicure that offered a 40-minute duration. Instead of 40 minutes, it turned out to be only 30 minutes. I don't normally put any polish on my toes, and instead of giving me a longer massage to fulfil the 40-minute duration, they just simply cut the whole pedicure short by 10 minutes.So, today I had an appointment at 6:30. 10 minutes before my appointment was supposed to start , the nail tech texted me that I couldn't be seen until 7. The problem was that I was already en route, and was at the salon.  They said that the 3:30 appointment was extremely late causing everyone else to be late. So why did they not tell me this information at that time???  So I asked the girl at the front desk if there was anybody else they could see me right away and she fluttered off and never came back.So I left and the sad thing is that nobody called me to find out what happened. It is pretty obvious that my business means absolutely nothing to them. I really only like going to places that appreciate my business.Later on the nail tech told me that it is not her fault, and that they are not booking people correctly. From Mary when you first enter who gets me set up to Kelly or Kathy just to name a couple of the manicurists, they are simply great. They take their time to address your desires and sets them into motion. Taking their time and I absolutely enjoy the experience and the outcome each and every visit.
