I just got my nails done and from the very first minute i walked in i had a feeling it wasnt going to be good. The lady i had cut me in every single finger even when i made gestures that she was hurting me she still wouldn't stop finally i had to tell her but she continued to hurt me. I also asked for matte nails very early on and she got upset with me for telling her so early and in the end gave me glossy finish. And also my ring finger was suppose to be white .. Once again, this is another place I do not recommend. They do not wash the foot spas in between customers. This grosses me out. They got busy and 4 walk-ins came in at once. I watched them as they refilled the foot spas with water and did not wash or rinse them out.  Nor do they have plastic liners. That's freaking nasty!No liners, no cleaning. Not sure why I was so stupid to even come here. Please people, be aware of what your walking into. Normally, I wouldn't say anything and keep this info to myself.  I'm embarrassed that I was so stupid and didn't do additional research. Grateful for this platform to call out bad business practices. Because, of this witnessed shortcut, this foot spa is now a breeding ground for fungal and bacterial infections. I'm pretty sure the tools she used were not sterilized between uses. I'm grossed out by this entire day spa day. Buyer beware. Being spontaneous is not always a good idea. Especially since the standards are different in other countries. I didn't have to wait at all! I wish they had more of a color selection, but the price is great for a pedicure! Express pedi is only $20 and I got the next one up, the 'classic' for $23. My toes look great! The salon seemed clean and my lady was very nice :) Read Less

HORRIBLE! I brought my kids to get their nails polished and the service was AWFUL. The nail technician threw a fit when my daughter asked him to add another coat of polish. He assumed that because she is a child she wouldn't care how the coats looked. I had to tell him to do it properly otherwise we'd leave. He kept shaking his head and was so rude. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! Just had my 1st visit here & it was such a pleasant & relaxing experience. Tom gives an awesome pedi, best I've ever had. I told him he could be a massage therapist, he's amazing! I've never had any kind of artificial nails before, Sonya recommended the Nextgen nails & I love them! I feel bad that I didn't get the man's name that did my nails but he was really great too & was very patient with me when I wouldn't relax my hamds. Lol. I will definitely keep coming back. I went on a Wednesday and they let me stay a little after so they could finish my nails. They were all nice. The only bad thing about it is the lady took a little while longer than I expected. But the worst part was when my nails started falling off/apart...4 days later. That was a huge waste of money. And she never painted the sides and some of the power that shapes the nail was left under the nail! Never again Read Less

I go to Crystal Nail Spa on a regular basis. "Tony" does my gel manicure, and he does a great job, and one of the other gals does my spa pedicure. I have always had excellent service there and the prices are good. Read Less

I stopped in right before closing time on a Saturday evening after 2 acrylics popped off while driving. I asked if they could fix them and repaint them. They were eager and quick to do so. After looking at my nails they said they were in bad condition (the girl before didn't do so great) and they told me it would be $30 to get gel nails which are better. So, I agreed and let them do it. A woman started it and she caught my cuticle really badly. She soon moved me over to a man named Danny who said he was the manager. He was very quick and skilled. My nails look amazing. The only complaint I have is that they seemed to have a very heated argument among all of us. I am not sure what was being said but it was clear there was some hostility and anger which is not really something to be dealt with during business hours among guests. Danny caught my finger on the under side once too. I am still a little sore from them and have left photos on this page. I had a pretty nice experience and would recommend them. I feel that it would benefit them to keep their quarrels private and to slow down and be a little more careful with their tools so no one gets any "owwies". :) Read Less
