Trying something new I came here, ended up regretting it. I've gotten my nails done numerous times at other nail salons and never had a problem with my nails breaking. My nails broke 3 -with a total of 5 nails -times and I got the most expensive nexgyn set. I was very idasapointed and their cheap product explains why their prices may vary from other salons. I don't recommend this place unless you plan on taking 3 trips to the salon in less than one week. Read Less

I've been coming to this nail salon for many years. The new owners have increased selection and improved product quality, it is a new experience which I truly enjoyed. This place flat out sucks. No choice in colors. Any color I picked out they didn't have or ran out of. The girls were gossiping about each other when one of them walked out of the room. The service took forever because they didn't have enough people to do 3 people at once. They left acetone soaking on my fingers through out my whole pedicure so when it came time for my fill the acrylic had completely dissolved. So in addition to having to do a full set which takes longer, it turned out looking like garbage AND the girl doing my nails had a serious attitude with me anytime I tried to point out any stray pain or acrylic mistakes. And they only knocked $10 dollars off my entire bill to apologize for the "inconvenience". Needless to say these girls don't care about their work or first time clients. Read Less

I love this salon!   Tram does very high quality work, and I will continue to return. I highly recommend her French manicure with the high sparkle filling. Tram knows how to correctly put the white and pink in proportion on the nails. Her nails never come out too thick or too thin and lasts for three weeks. Read Less

I have been coming here for years.  It is clean, a great value, and the ladies are all pleasant. If you want something special or don't like something, just tell them!Occasionally there have been ladies I did not enjoy working on me but they always seem to be gone by the next visit.  Vicki is very picky about the services offered and I appreciate that. It's a pretty decent little salon. The girls are all very friendly and everything is pretty decently priced. The salon is clean and they have prettt good music playing...I just wish they had a tv. I dont recommend this place (or any nail salon, really) for waxing, but for manicures and pedicures it's great. Read Less

My daughter and i went in, no one spoke to us. Finally after awhile my daughter initiated talking to the employee, and asked if we could get our nails done. After 30 minutes, they took her. The proceeded to take several other people in front of me. I was in there an hour and no one talked to me. Ther employee doing my daughters nails was very rough - burned the side of her nails, and she kept flinching. This happens, but she did not slow down, apologize, and the entire time we were there, she never said a word to my daughter til the end when she asked for payment. They did chatter between each other in vietnamese or chinese, which i always feel is a little rude because they can speak English.My daughter now has a nail that is red and irritated where the person irritated the side of her nail - i have never seen some one handle doing nails as rough as this person.THey may be talented and do a good job on the final project, minus obviously being in a hurry, but they need to go a long way on customer service.
