While I did have to wait quite a bit due to missing my appointment time and the foot traffic coming in and out, it was an overall pleasant experience. The techs were super friendly and chatty, and the deluxe pedicure experience was like most salons, priced at $30+. What makes want to return is the fact that my nail polish lasted 3 weeks before peeling, and after my appointment the owner took the time to ask about my overall experience. Customer service!!! Clean, friendly, quick, and reasonably priced. I keep coming back because I know when I come here I'll find smiles - and no attitude - which makes for such a pleasant experience. They always offer me something to drink and they have more to offer than water (just sayin'). I'm able to easily communicate with all employees and I've never been pushed for an upsell. It's a clean salon and the atmosphere is upgraded and modern. A lot of white and bright, so it's not exactly a relaxing spa atmosphere but I like it. I loaded a photo of a recent price list. They are able to take credit cards for payment and tips, which is convenient. I don't always call ahead but they are usually able to accommodate me. When I have called ahead they have honored those appointments. I wish they had more hours, but they close earlier than most salons (7pm on weeknights) and are closed on Sundays. Update: Second time for Mother/Daughter pedicures. A month later and the ladies here remembered my name!So hospitable, gracious & friendly. Felt very "ladies club" because everyone had a group conversation going. Much laughter & friendly vibes.I nearly melted into a puddle during a leg massage. Hot paraffin wax, hot stone massage, oil massage. This place is a friendly slice of heaven.Brought my Mom here for pedicures. We loved it! The owner Cindy was very welcoming & gracious.Looks like 16 spa chairs for pedicures plus tables for hands only.So beautiful! Very clean and the staff was so incredibly friendly! Tracy was gentle with my Mom's sensitive feet & brought her a coke.The pedi chairs are new and lovely. Very clean place.I got a lip and brow wax. Ok real honest review......This place is amazing. Everyone is super nice. The owner and the workers know you by name and they do amazing work. It's SUPER clean and detailed. They arent like any other nail shop I have been to. They do get crowded because of the quality of work they do but make an appointment and they get you right in and right out. Please check them out! I was becoming more and more unsatisfied with the nail salon I was going to in Addison so I started searching Yelp again for a new place. I found Pinkie Luxe and figured I'd try it out. Cindy the owner is the sweetest person and Michelle did an amazing job on my toes. She took her time, chatted briefly and knew when to let me relax. Don't let the interior fool you because there are some really great nail specialists here. The location of Pinkie Luxe is close enough that I could walk to it from my office and so I thought I have tried so many places that why not give them a try. I called the day before and made an appointment for NexGen/Dipping Powder and a toe polish change the day before and so when I walked in I started to question my choice. All nail salons these days seem to try and recreate an overall spa feel so that they can charge 60.00 for a pedicure but here the interior is clean but it's not over the top. My nail tech Andy was extremely professional and honestly approached my names in a way I was not use to. Once all my old nail polish was off Andy took a very different approach in that he fit the tips and listened when I said I said I wanted them short. Then before he started just applying whatever bonds the powder he shaped them first and did some tweaking before going on to the next steps. He was very meticulous in that he took time between dips to make sure that he applied the next coat that he literally painted them before adding the next. After he had applied all the different coats he again took his time as he finished shaping them to perfection and applying the top coat. I was also impressed that the young girl who did my toe polish change was also very deliberate in each stroke making sure my toes were also spot on. I will say that if you are in a hurry this is probably not the place for you but I will take slow and steady to have great nails as opposed to the fast and furious. As I was checking out at a very reasonable price even more so compared to the service I heard the manager answer the phone and say something that I have never heard before. . She told someone that tomorrow (Saturday) that they booked solid. I was beyond impressed that she would turn someone away rather than have them show up and wait and then maybe get less than stellar nails. I will be back to this place and throw in a pedicure and I have my fingers crossed that my experience is the standard and not the exception. Read Less

The salon itself and the ambiance has some room to improve. You won't get that day spa feel that many nail places are going for these days, but it's clean and they get the job done.I went here during lunch the other day for Nexgen and a pedicure. They honored my request when I called and requested an appointment so I could have two techs working on both services at the same time since I didn't have a lot of time. They got me in and out in about an hour and they did a good job. Services did not feel rushed. Emily did a great job on my Nexgen.Overall, it's a decent salon. I may come here again if I'm in a rush. Absolutely love this place! Cindy is the most friendly business owner I've ever encountered... she  makes the effort to learn your name and get to know you from the very first visit. I've had Nexgen done by both Cindy and Emily, and they are both amazing! Emily worked with me for the first time yesterday, and she is so meticulous. She checked in the entire process to ensure I was happy with shape, length, color, etc., and she got the Nexgen soooo perfectly thin and natural-looking. She did exactly what I was looking for based on a photo of negative space nails I brought in for inspiration. Michelle is who I regularly see for pedicures, and she is awesome, too. I was in town yesterday to celebrate my best friend's birthday and wanted to get mani/pedis. Since I don't live in the Dallas area, I took to yelp to find a place that would best suit our needs. I am so glad I found this place! The service was beyond spectacular. I'm sure I'm going to spell their names wrong (apologies in advance), but Dee, Tracy, and Ty were amazing. I'm always so skittish about trying a new place because I never know if I'm going to end up injured from the nail techs being too rough with my cuticle and nail grooming. I have absolutely no complaints about this place. They took the time to learn our names and they were so personable. Top that off with great quality work and a glass of wine to add to the experience. This nail salon has been and is my favorite place. I have been going here for a little more than a year and no matter who does my nails, they look great and it has been a great/clean experience. Cindy has a wonderful business and loves all her clients no matter if they are new or been coming for awhile . I knew it was going to be a great place (after reading and searching on Yelp for a nail salon) to come to when it was around Christmas time and everyone (clients and employees) were giving hugs and knew you by name when you walked through the door. Tried the new location for the first time and WOW! It is so nice, clean, updated, basically amazing.I had Andy, he was so sweet and helpful. Cindy made her rounds and joked with him. She is so good at knowing people's names it amazes me. Andy checked to see what time I needed to be back to work by and he did a very good job timing for me to get out without losing quality. I can't rave enough about Pinkie Luxe!  Came here for part of my bridal shower celebration and we were so pleased with the service and overall experience.  The inside was nice and clean, the chairs were comfy and spacious.  I booked our bridal party a few weeks in advance, but most of my bridesmaids were from out of town, hence we had to change our appointment around several times.  However, Cindy, the owner was very accommodating.  She even offered to come in earlier than the normal business hours, thus all five girls in my party were worked on simultaneously so we all finished around the same time - no waiting around for stragglers.  I believe they have 10 chairs for the pedicures, which was great for our big party.  They offered us drinks also.  The manicure and pedicure were top notch. I've had hundreds of manicures, yet they do a QUALITY job here. The technicians were friendly and made us all feel very welcome.  The massage is the best part of having pedicure here. All the staff at Pinkie Luxe went above and beyond to make sure all of us left the salon feeling pretty and relaxed. I also got my brow waxed and the brow wax was perfect. I'm growing out my brows and the wax was conservative as needed and the shaping was exactly as I wanted. This is rare for any establishment and especially a bargain at this price!
