Well don’t bother getting an appointment....they don’t honor those. Went to the trouble of making sure we got an appointment and they made us wait almost an hour with zero attention or service. I feel like I have been here enough times now to leave an honest review. I'm originally from San Antonio, and my fiancé brought me here a few months ago when I moved to Abilene. They always do a great job with my mani and pedi. I have gotten the dip several times now and they last a while and whoever is doing my nails really takes their time and does it right. We come here a lot when we get a mani pedi in Abilene. They have 16 pedi chairs and 16 mani tables so you never wait long. They have a lot of product to choose from. They are usually pretty competitive on pricing. Some techs are friendlier than others so that can be a roll of the dice. They usually do a good job for the price, although we have had to have a couple of things fixed here and there if they rush through.   Sometimes they actually remember to offer you a refreshment. Ahhhh had the best experience ever here! I come quite often but this time was just the best! I had two men working on me 🤣 One was giving me a pedicure and OMG he was just amazing.. Took great care of my feet massaged me extra extra wrapped my feet nicely in hot towels.. It was purely amazing! Then there was Michael.. Awww! Michael was working on my nails.. I got nails placed on and the color changing nail Polish and he was so gentle with my nails. He didn't drill them so hard.. And his hands were so soft and gentle He made sure to let me know everything he was doing to my nails! He then took me to his station and finished the rest.. Omg he actually cleaned my nails in the back drilled the excess off then he dusted my hands off and used a warm towel and cleaned my hands off then he even went back and got the Polish off on my skin that I got on myself lol.. I just moved to the area and got my nails done in town for the very first time. I must say, I am very disappointed. This place is really nice. I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in to see how large and clean the space was. However, I quickly noticed their lack of customer service. When I first walked in, I was told I would be taken care of immediately, and I was. However, while I was getting my nails done, the nail tech left without letting me know she was leaving. I was appalled. I also asked for water and was told that the person that was doing my nails would get water for me. However, she left. So I sat for 10 minutes until someone else was available. I am truly disappointed with this place. I was impressed by the ambience. I really wanted to like it, but the service was subpar. They actually timed the full hour on my foot and leg massage. I've been to nail salons all over DFW, East TX, and Abilene and this is the first place that has actually NOT included the hour as a part of the entire pedicure process. Love love love this place and will NEVER go anywhere else! Fyi I bought and took home the collegen hand masks, usually used when getting a manicure, & they work so well I'm making it a regular monthly purchase! Came here for an acrylic fill and had a great experience. I was seen immediately by Ann and I loved her!My fill was done in 35 mn and it was beautiful. Great shape and painting. They have a good selection of colors, the staff is friendly and the location is clean. Price was $20, which is average, I've had cheaper certainly but this was a quality job! I will be back! Received a mani and pedi. The place seemed clean, but the customer service was not the best. I did not feel like a priority. My nails look pretty good and I was happy with the quickness of the nails. I am not one of those people that want each thing to take an hour. I was also happy to be offered wine ( who isn't?) I just might go someone else to receive better attention and customer service. I got a manicure and a pedicure. The lady I had was just going through the motions. She didn't take pride in the job she was doing. On my manicure all she did was cut my nails and put lotion on my hands... She didn't give any massage on hands or feet. I wouldn't recommend this place.
