I get my nails done on a regular basis so I'm familiar with the services offered. We went there because limited time and my place was super busy. Never Again. When we walked in I asked How much it was to take off my set which if it woukd of been more than $10 i would of taken them off myself and the lady there said $5 never turned and asked anyone. I asked how much for two kids Pedi's and pointed at girls they said $20 each. We had a total including girls of 5 Pedi's and two kids polishes. Yeah the smell when I walked in should of told me to walk back out. But I didn't because they were nice but that changed. First off when everyone was finished the girls had polish around their toes but I felt if I had said anything it would of been an issue as it seemed they didn't like to be corrected or told anything after a while of sitting there. My mom, sister & Mother in law showed me their polish and no it did not look professional at all. When we were ready to pay we ended up paying $26 for one girl pedi & I ended up paying $12 for take off. She swore she did not tell me $5 that she said $12 the whole time because that's what some guy said. I'm like ok whatever. The prices on board said $10 which I didnt look at til than but no they said $12 because of long nail nothing was told to me of that price at check in. Even asking questions about prices was like pulling teeth she jumped with lots of attitude to answer. I did get attitude back with her by the time it was my turn to pay I had enough of her. Than gave me my card and tried taking it back when I grabbed it back because I didn't hear what she said she needed it back for. She fought me for it seriously like tug a war or something. I paid whatever they told me and didn't put much of fight like I could of first because I'll NEVER go back there again anyway, and Second because it was my daughters Birthday and I didn't want to ruin her day. The worst experience we have ever had with a Nail Salon. Trust me don't go here.

This may be an isolated incident but I didn't have a pleasant experience. Had a French pedicure as a birthday treat, he cut my toe and kept messing with it even though I said it hurt. I Asked for the white tips to be thinner and he only thinner the big toes, so the little toes look thick and ugly. Then was charged an extra $5 For French. No flower. No design. Didn't quite get that. Everyone seemed nice, maybe if I had someone different my experience would have been better.

I called and asked if they could take us right away, and they said yes we have openings. They were definitely not ready for us and we had to wait for 45 minutes before one of us was helped. The other two people I was with still had to wait another 30 minutes. Don't lie and say you have openings when you don't.

I called ahead to see if they could fit in 3 pedicures. No problem. We got in just in time because they filled up quickly. They pedicure service appears to be pretty popular.The place is nice and clean with recliners to enjoy the pedicure in. I think there are 8 pedicure spaces maybe 10. I have forgotten.The service was great. I got a good looking polish with a sunflower design for $40. I was pleased.

I called ahead today to see if I could receive a mani/pedi at the same time, as I only had 1 hr 45 min. I was told that they were not busy and had the time available in 10-15 min. When I showed up5 minutes later I was told that they would try to get both done at the same time. I waited 15 min to start pedicure and then they told me that they would not be able to do both 30 min into the service. One of the women was nice, but there were 2-3 other workers standing around. I asked if they could help by doing my manicure and was told that they don't do manicures...odd considering I was in a nail salon right? Additionally, I could tell that the rest of the workers were clearly taking about me. I ended up leaving before they could finish both services which were mediocre. I would not recommend.

I'm definitely coming back again. All the staff was fantastic. They took their time and didn't rush even though it was closing time. They did an amazing job. Nails and toes look great.

Now there is a lady named Anne there , and I repeat DO NOT let her do your nails lol. She is so rude it's astonishing ha.. But like I said good place to go for mani. Go else where for pedis because liners are not used and fungus is easy to get!

I hardly ever feel like I need to rave about something. But this place is one of the few. Everyone is SO nice and they do such a good job. I've been a few times and I've never been disappointed. Today I picked a gel color and I ended up not liking it. I didn't say anything but the man doing my nails noticed and asked me if I wanted to change it. I told him no, it was okay and he could just finish. But he reassured me he could tell I didn't like it and it was no problem for him to redo it. He could of just finished and got me out of there. But he genuinely cared. He got colors and put the paint on his own nail to show me how it would look. I felt terrible and I didn't wanna be "that customer". But he was so sweet about it. And not a forced niceness. ALSO this place is really clean and nice. It doesn't have crystals hanging from the ceiling. But they do offer soda, wine and waters. Love this place.

I got a gel mani/ pedi and eyebrows done and it was $78 which is the cheapest and best quality I have found. This will be my go to place for now!!

After going to Polished and City Nail and having bad results, I found Rose Nails and won't go anywhere else. They actually have military uniform friendly colors which I'm very thankful for because I usually have to take my own polish since I don't like the French tip look for myself.

Fantastic experience! I'm in town with my mom for a few days and we decided to stop here for pedicures. We got there at 9:30 on a Friday morning (30 minutes after opening) and there were already 5 people being serviced. We were just sure we would have to wait until the techs were finished with other customers. We were wrong! There were literally 9 people working that morning. We walked in and were greeted immediately. We chose our colors and were directed to pedicure chairs 3 & 4. The vast majority of the polish selection was made of salon brands-Essie, OPI, China Glaze. They also had a wide selection of beverages- my mom got a diet coke and I got a water. Before they got started, they showed us the chart that had the deluxe pedicure options...it was wayyyy too easy for them to sell us! If I'm not mistaken, the basic is $25 and the deluxe options begin at $35. I got the Rose pedicure and my mom got the Lavender pedicure. It was HEAVENLY! Literally the best pedicure I've ever had. Multiple scrubs, hot towel moisturizing treatment, some type of special hot oil foot baggy thing, and the BEST foot/leg massage ever. When he was finished, he gave me a baggy that had some of the tools he'd used for me to take home. The polish job was also neat. I usually get my brows threaded back home in Dallas, but while my nails were drying, I decided to get my brows done as well. The lady who did them, Amy, was quick and fairly pain free. Nothing to write home about- but she did well and they looked nice. I will probably NEVER come to Abilene without stopping here again! :)

Took my step mom, niece and grand neice today for pedicures. It was great. Clean, comfortable and all tools were disinfected and nothing was used on us that wasn't. My grand neice (2 yrs ) had never been so she sat in her Mommas lap for awhile then got comfortable and started watching the guys and ladies doing the pedicures. Then decided she would let Kim do her toes. Thank you Kim.

Rose nail salon is number one choice for me, here you can get a regular pedicure for just $ 25.00 with a free personal nail kit (include nail file, buffer, and pumice bar). The free paraffin wax that come with this regular pedicure, and glass of free wine with their great service made me feel as of i were getting a deluxe pedicure which cost around $35.00. Rose salon is the right choice with the right price. I would recommend everyone to come here. The friendliness of this family own business made me feel like a spa at home. Very clean, and very comfortable. They are also running a special of 20% for other service. Everyone should try this salon once!!!!!! great place, great price, with great service.

I'm new to Abilene and having been here less than a month, I've had to get my nails filled 3 times. After going to Polished and City Nail and having bad results, I found Rose Nails and won't go anywhere else. They actually have military uniform friendly colors which I'm very thankful for because I usually have to take my own polish since I don't like the French tip look for myself.

Fantastic experience! I'm in town with my mom for a few days and we decided to stop here for pedicures. We got there at 9:30 on a Friday morning (30 minutes after opening) and there were already 5 people being serviced. We were just sure we would have to wait until the techs were finished with other customers. We were wrong! There were literally 9 people working that morning. We walked in and were greeted immediately. We chose our colors and were directed to pedicure chairs 3 & 4. The vast majority of the polish selection was made of salon brands-Essie, OPI, China Glaze. They also had a wide selection of beverages- my mom got a diet coke and I got a water. Before they got started, they showed us the chart that had the deluxe pedicure options...it was wayyyy too easy for them to sell us! If I'm not mistaken, the basic is $25 and the deluxe options begin at $35. I got the Rose pedicure and my mom got the Lavender pedicure. It was HEAVENLY! Literally the best pedicure I've ever had. Multiple scrubs, hot towel moisturizing treatment, some type of special hot oil foot baggy thing, and the BEST foot/leg massage ever. When he was finished, he gave me a baggy that had some of the tools he'd used for me to take home. The polish job was also neat. I usually get my brows threaded back home in Dallas, but while my nails were drying, I decided to get my brows done as well. The lady who did them, Amy, was quick and fairly pain free. Nothing to write home about- but she did well and they looked nice. I will probably NEVER come to Abilene without stopping here again! :)

Took my step mom, niece and grand neice today for pedicures. It was great. Clean, comfortable and all tools were disinfected and nothing was used on us that wasn't. My grand neice (2 yrs ) had never been so she sat in her Mommas lap for awhile then got comfortable and started watching the guys and ladies doing the pedicures. Then decided she would let Kim do her toes. Thank you Kim.

Rose nail salon is number one choice for me, here you can get a regular pedicure for just $ 25.00 with a free personal nail kit (include nail file, buffer, and pumice bar). The free paraffin wax that come with this regular pedicure, and glass of free wine with their great service made me feel as of i were getting a deluxe pedicure which cost around $35.00. Rose salon is the right choice with the right price. I would recommend everyone to come here. The friendliness of this family own business made me feel like a spa at home. Very clean, and very comfortable. They are also running a special of 20% for other service. Everyone should try this salon once!!!!!! great place, great price, with great service.

Rose Nails !!!!!!!!!A few words for them.... They are very nice, friendly and did a great job for my Nails, Spa Pedicure and Waxing. I am happy with their services and highly recommended.
