I have never thought that until my last visit. Was a 5 every time prior. Last visit, picked out color scheme I wanted, told them what kinda nails and settled in to relax and feel pampered. My 2 yr old son was with me, in his stroller and I had an appointment in an hour and a half. He began the process, got all the way to applying the colored hombre glitter powder and I felt, next to the last step. Then, I see its not blending in the change of shade like it should. He puts one hand in a bowl of liquid and says, while filing off color from the other hand, sometimes the color doesn't do as well as another color did. He said he could do almost the same but better with a different polish. That's when I realize, 15 minutes till my appointment, with my baby beginning to get hungry and fussy and restless, that he was completely removing the set I thought was done in two or three minutes. And starting over from step one. I knew he was new and could tell he was embarrassed about not being able to do what I chose and more than likely extremely anxious because of those same reasons. I ask what time they close because I CANNOT miss this appointment but I would be back right after it ended. I was not told sorry for the time, inability to do, inconvienence of having to return with my hungry fussy 2 yr old. Nor was I even told goodbye and see you when you get back. Or even looked at as I was leaving. There was no offer of apology, possible discount, either in part or in full due to my loyalty or even a free nail charm, design or something extra for the pattern. I felt bad for the one doing my set. But felt more at the complete and total lack of even eye contact as I left. I didn't get my meeting finished with enough time to drive back and start fresh. Thought I'd go the next day. After having the night and morning to actually think it over, I decided not too. As I proceeded to attempt to remove the bits of the set that didn't fully come off. Then adhered to my skin, under my nails, with mostly removed different shades of blue. Was very disappointed with my last visit.

Great place to get your nails done, I always go here. I don't recommend going to the girl who sits on number 9. She did my shellac manicure today and she didn't do a good job. It's looks like my nails...
Great place to get your nails done, I always go here. I don't recommend going to the girl who sits on number 9. She did my shellac manicure today and she didn't do a good job. It's looks like my nails have already grown out! I didn't complain I paid the $28 plus tip but I'm really disappointed.

Normally I’m not the one for reviews I was in search of a place to go short notice because my nail lady is on vacation, after so many recommendations I went here but after 2 hours spent on my nails I left and they look horrible, the side of my pinky nail was sliced open as well as the skin under my nail. I asked for coffin shape and by the time she was on my 2nd hand the tech next to her said it would be $5 extra for shaping, she asked if that was still okay and I said “well you’ve already done one hand so its to late now?” I asked how often they sanitized their equipment after the 2nd time I was cut and to my surprise no answer was given. The nail tech applied what I’m assuming was liquid bandaid without my consent. She had to try and fix several nails because they weren’t drying properly and honestly I think that messed them up even more. My nails look rough they don’t have the smooth finish I’ve always had walking out anywhere I’ve gone. When I went to cash out I asked if there was a discount they could offer since this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had in a long time. Showed her the cuts and my nails, the lady said she would take off the $5 charge for shaping, you know the one I was unaware of when she began and that was it. So needless to say I’m pretty unhappy and I’ll never cheat on my nail technician again. As a licensed cosmetologist for 7 Years I’m pretty disappointed in how the situation was handled, sanitation as well as customer service. Won’t be returning to this salon or recommending to anyone.

I have been to a lot of nail salons due to a lot of travel and I will always make sure I return home for my nail appointments at Natural Nails. They are seriously the best I've ever been to. Take in any design and it will exceed your expectations! Kenny & Lily are great but I honestly will sit down with anybody and I've never been dissatisfied! Great customer service, never had to wait! 5 stars all the way!

I had been discriminated against at this nail shop, we walked tgere was no 1 waiting, 2 white women walked in and the owner said we to wait until they did the white peoole 1st, then they hikes up the price to 60.00 for a pedicure. They wanted us to leave so every question we had they answered with difficulty. Its really sad that racism still exist.. Its a horrible experience also.

My sister and I were visiting Abilene and tried two different places before landing here. The first place was booked and the second wouldn't let us sit together because my sister didn't want a pedicure. Thankfully the staff at Natural Nails were accommodating and didn't complain when we asked to sit together. They did a great job on our nails too! We are thankful for their customer service today!

Meh, this place was just ok, nothing special. I walked in without an appointment during a weekday afternoon. Waited about 10 minutes for a tech. Color selection wasn't great and lots of the bottles looked like they were pretty well used up. Had trouble getting the caps off. Had a basic manicure, $15. Paint job was nice, but the hand massage was pretty pitiful. Very short and it was like the girl would've rather been anywhere else. I won't be back.

I have never thought that until my last visit. Was a 5 every time prior. Last visit, picked out color scheme I wanted, told them what kinda nails and settled in to relax and feel pampered. My 2 yr old son was with me, in his stroller and I had an appointment in an hour and a half. He began the process, got all the way to applying the colored hombre glitter powder and I felt, next to the last step. Then, I see its not blending in the change of shade like it should. He puts one hand in a bowl of liquid and says, while filing off color from the other hand, sometimes the color doesn't do as well as another color did. He said he could do almost the same but better with a different polish. Great place to get your nails done, I always go here. I don't recommend going to the girl who sits on number 9. She did my shellac manicure today and she didn't do a good job. It's looks like my nails have already grown out! I didn't complain I paid the $28 plus tip but I'm really disappointed.

Normally I’m not the one for reviews I was in search of a place to go short notice because my nail lady is on vacation, after so many recommendations I went here but after 2 hours spent on my nails I left and they look horrible, the side of my pinky nail was sliced open as well as the skin under my nail. They wanted us to leave so every question we had they answered with difficulty. Its really sad that racism still exist.. Its a horrible experience also.

My sister and I were visiting Abilene and tried two different places before landing here. The first place was booked and the second wouldn't let us sit together because my sister didn't want a pedicure. Meh, this place was just ok, nothing special. I walked in without an appointment during a weekday afternoon. Waited about 10 minutes for a tech. Color selection wasn't great and lots of the bottles looked like they were pretty well used up. Had trouble getting the caps off. Had a basic manicure, $15. Paint job was nice, but the hand massage was pretty pitiful. Very short and it was like the girl would've rather been anywhere else. I won't be back.
