This place is rude! And they rush you to get out. I was waiting to get dip on my nails and a girl walked in 45 mins before they closed and they rolled their eyes and yelled OMG... and I also felt like they didn’t want to do my nails. Also the dip popped off my nails in 2 days! I went back to get my money and they said no. Also they said it’s my fault the dip popped off because of my natural nail... obviously horrible service and never going back, I wouldn’t trust my nails there ever again! Read Less

They gave absolutely no clue what their are doing! I asked repeatedly to have my nails shortened and thinned but he refused or didn't understand me. My nails are awful and they were not cheap. I was charge extra for long nails when I asked for medium nails. He hurt me several times. He didn't seem to know what he was doing!! Read Less

If you are picky about your feet and money do not go here!!!!This place is the worst place I've ever been too. I paid 45 bucks for a 30 minute pedicure that was rushed, no one talked to me or was friendly. My girlfriends feet are burned red looking like socks.  Never come here. Go to VIP nails they do 50 for 1 hour and treat you like a queen... I was trying to be cheap and save a buck and it wasn't worth it. Please don't waste your money. Read Less

Really poor work. Pedi left my old polish on the crevices of the nail. Had to come home and scrub it off which caused the polish to flake off. No leg rub included in the basic $25 pedi. They advertise 20% off on the sign outside the salon, but that is only on the most expensive pedicures. The one I chose was suppose to have a 7 minute massage. It was 4 minutes. The guy wasn't nice at all and was upset with me because I wouldn't add something on for "$5 more". I went there out of convenience, because I was in the mall. I won't do that again. I took my granddaughter here today for her first pedicure. The girl that sat with her was very kind and patient which is why I'm even giving 2 stars. The woman who did my pedicure was rude, kept mumbling stuff under her breath, when I had told her what I wanted she rolled her eyes and acted very put out. She got on to my granddaughter who was NOT misbehaving. Later she was pushing my granddaughter saying move move move and I looked at the woman and said how about you say excuse me and wait for her to move. I won't be going back. Read Less

My daughter got her nail done here. And we are not at all satisfied. And they all started cracking in the middle and two broke off with in a few days. Instead of them taking them off and fixing the set. They fixed two of them and then the next day had to drive her up (20 miles) and get three more fixed. And still they just wanted to fix only them. I have to agree with both of the prior reviews. I try to avoid this place at all cost! I only go there when I'm short on time since they are close to where I live, and keep later hours than other salons. The ONLY good thing about this place is they offer a military discount. Once I was in there, and the lady doing my nails "fixed" one of my nails that didn't even need to be repaired. My guess is so they could do a $3.00 upcharge to make extra money off of an unsuspecting customer. The last two times I've been there, they have tried to pressure my daughter & I to choose services that we did not want or need, even though we could afford it. This is not a place for those on a tight budget, as their displayed prices aren't bad, but they badger you like a car salesperson, until you relent & give into their tactics on suggestions of services. The very last time I was in there, the manager came & stood right behind me & spoke in her native language to another nail tech across the room. I don't speak their language, but I do know a condescending tone when I hear one! I turned around in my chair & looked at her like, WTH?!Then they both had "Oh crap!" looks on their faces. The manager lady then leaned over and patted me on the shoulder & said, "Long time, no see." I was polite in my reply to her. However, I really wanted to tell her that she & her associates are rude, inconsiderate, dishonest, & that I visit that establishment only as a LAST RESORT! HORRIBLE! I went here for a pedicure and nails. The pedicure took 7 minutes! The man doing the pedicure hurt me twice. 2 days after the pedicure the polish was peeling. After the HORRIBLE pedicure I changed my mind about the nails and left! Read Less

I love this place. Good nails & pampering is hard to find, & this place will give you your money's worth.. that's for sure! I've gone to them for a while now & all their associates are extremely skilled. They even fixed a bad job I got one day when I had went somewhere else in a hurry... lesson learned.
