I would give less stars if I could... I'm assuming all the high ratings are from clients who specifically ask for Rose. If you have any special requests at all for your nails, better go ahead and ask for her. I had a dip done on my fingernails and during I was told my nails were guaranteed 2 weeks. I discovered my nails were paper thin later on when they began breaking off, about a week later. I had a French done and the white was also too thin as my real nails showed very clearly in the "pink" portion of my nails. They looked terrible. Three total nails broke off by the time I was able to return to the salon. THREE! I've had my nails done plenty of times and never have I broken off a nail. I was out of town when they began breaking and was therefore unable to return to the salon within the two weeks, but returned as quickly as possible. Even though I explained this, and you could clearly see the damage had existed for a little while and it was apparent they were done too thin in the first place, they did not care... just wanted to charge me extra per nail that broke after going through the painful experience of having 3 nails break due to their shoddy work. They do speak in another language around customers, though they can all speak English. I do not like salons that conduct business this way, its unprofessional and you know they are talking smack. They all look and stare and laugh while gazing at you or your nails, which is pretty cowardly if you ask me. Anyway, the young man who I saw to have this disaster fixed, the one without glasses, would not listen to what I was asking for. I told him exactly what I wanted. I made an appointment for a fill, he began taking my nails off and when I ask why he insisted I asked for them to be taken off when I had done no such thing. I told him the white portion was too thin before he began filing, but he insisted he'd file anyway, then was angry when I spoke up and told him I still did not like how they looked. He stormed off. I had to have my nails re-done by Rose. She actually listened and did a better job, but I will not be back after all that. I was still charged the extra for nail
repair even though my nails were clearly done much too thin. Left with a migraine... Read Less
