I went in for a facial wax. There was only one employee there to help, the older man, whom I assume to be the owner. He reeked of beer and cigarettes, enough to nauseate me. I believe he was drunk. Horrible horrible experience!!!!!! The older man was shaking the whole time cutting and burning me with the filing gun. I kept pulling away and he would get mad and grab my finger's. I told him I wanted short nails with 4 different types of blues. They were all uneven and not at all what I expected. I told him I wanted to get them redone with some pink tips since these look horrible. He gave me a very hard time..but he finally took them off (shaking & mad). THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. not clean, unfriendly and unprofessional.the same older guy tried a pedicure and full set on me. I should have jump out of my seat during the pedicure, but decided to wait out , after having more acrylic on my fingers than on my nails, poorly attached tips and overall feeling just dirty. not to mention this gentlemen was barefoot the whole time. I decided to leave. I told him that his service was poorly executed and that my skin looks bad around my nails , he told me that was my skin... I received a gift card back in February for a deluxe pedicure, I kept forgetting to use it and then decided to wait til summer, when I opened it I realized it was expired by a month! I came to the salon anyways and the nice lady said no problem and got right to it. the salt scrub the oils the wax, it was all great! the color looked great and my feet and legs are super soft! Not good! Ouch! Jackie Chan, older man that works there... So rough! He was very nice, smelled like cigarettes. I told him he was hurting me but then I couldn't put my fingers back in the acetone to take off my shellac. My french nails were ok at the end, just painful and in a weird order. I was pleasantly surprised by this place. I went here to get my eyebrows waxed and the man who helped me did a fantastic job. The location seemed a little sketchy and the man smelled very strongly of cigarettes, but it was worth it for how well he did on my eyebrows. If I'm ever in Abilene again, I will definitely go back. WORST place in the world to get anything done here! DO NOT GO THERE! So, I was sick and didn't really want to drive to my usual place I get my nails done so I decided to go this place down the street from my house! Took him about 2 hours to do a fill on my nails... just horrible place ever! I was better off polishing my nails myself. Can't emphasize enough about this place being horrible. Took my 5yo daughter for her first pedi.  The lady doing her nails just sat there for most of the time.  She didn't even trim or file her nails!  The guy doing mine did an ok job but the next day my toe nails were hurting like they had been cut too short. Read Less
