I am from out of town and needed my nails done. They had a 5 rating on Yelp. Very wonderful atmosphere and friendly service. The worst thing is at one point there were only two ladies doing nails and pedicures. Diane got my nails started then said they needed to dry a bit and went off to do another customers nails. I sat there almost an hour before she came back to do mine. My appt was at 1:30 we left at 4:00! They did a great job but the sitting and waiting to get finished was a down point. Read Less

NO. Just....no.The people who work here are super nice and the place is clean. But why do you keep taking customers when you know there are only two of you working? My daughter and I sat in pedicure chairs with our feet in the water for THREE HOURS. We couldn't leave because they would keep jumping back and forth between people so I had a half done pedicure and so did my daughter. Then one of the nail techs LEAVES...why? Oh because they have two locations! Why have two locations of you can't handle the one?They gave me a small discount but honestly it was the most stressful and uncomfortable experience ever and I'll never go back.Abilene has the worst nail shops! Got a terrible infected ingrown toenail because he dug out the sides of all my toes and the nail grew right back into the skin. Very painful and going to have to have it surgically removed. I was also in pain after the pedicure because of how much of the sides of the nails he pulled out. He told me hat my nail salon in Charlotte, NC must do my nails wrong because they don't dig out the sides... FYI that is WRONG you are never supposed to cut down on the sides because it will grow back as an ingrown and get infected like mine! Overall very bad experience. The last two times have been great experiences for me, both times came in right before close (terrible I know) but they stayed open and made sure I was treated the BEST. The first time my nails were done so perfectly, just the way I like them, nice and square all even in thickness.. This last time my boyfriend & I went and they stayed open two hours later for us to get pedicures and for me to get matching nails. Really love this place. Read Less

The salon is under new management. The Manager/New owner was doing a clients nails and when she was done, the client gets up and comes sits in front of my seat ready to do my pedicure. Hmmmm, no ma'am you are a client! Why are you doing my pedi?! Turns out this lady was getting her nails done and found out they need people, so she decided to apply for a Job and do my pedicure. The Best powder solar nails I have ever gotten, I get my nails done every three weeks and I've been to five different salons and none of them compare to the set that I got here! The staff are very good and polite, prices are comparable! I will not go anywhere else now! Read Less

Two hours there and I almost had to walk out bc I didn't have enough time to keep waiting. So the manager says she'll get my dipping powder/manicure done in 20 mins. Well you get what you pay for. I got a 20 min job. It sucked. My nails chipped within 3 days. Completely off on 6 fingers and chipped on the other four within a week. And i didn't get a manicure either so my cuticles still look like crap. Single mom here. This was supposed to be a treat for me and ended up being the biggest waste of $60+ ever. I went in on a Saturday night about a hour before they closed. They gave me the best pedicure i had ever had! They made sure i was comfortable. My nails looked great. I've been here twice now and my first impression wasn't very good. I think the time that you go depends on the care that you get. The first time I went, it was close to closing time and they were very busy/understaffed. The second time I went was on a Friday right when they opened up and let me tell you, I was pampered like a princess! They did my fill and my pedicure at the same time and I was very impressed with the time management that day. The workers are very friendly and taught me how to say "thank you"  in Vietnamese. This place just recently opened up. I went there on the suggestion of a friend to treat my best friend and myself to a manicure. The place is huge and very clean. They even have replaceable plastic covers for the foot tubs to ensure cleanliness and client safety. The staff is very friendly and great at carrying on conversation. They talked my friend and I into getting shellac done. I don't regret it! The quality and precision of work is great. They are reasonably priced too. If my nails mess up within two weeks of getting them done, they guarantee that they will fix it at no charge, which is nice. Their location is great. Although on a busy street, you don't have to fight a crowd like you do at the mall. I would definitely go back! Read Less
