This was my first time at Pro Nail. I absolutely love the job my nails. I got just a dipped gel overlay on my natural nails, which is my first, and I won't get anything different from now on!!! I was taken back immediately after signing in and was out in less than an hour. It being on a Tuesday and around 9:45 am probably is the reason for the quick service. I'm not a big nail person and even though I do my research on what it is I'm wanting, I'm still not knowledgeable on the best alternatives. Although I took the tech's suggestions, weary since in times before doing so, I wasn't happy with the turn out, her recommendations were on the money!!! Will definitely take my business back to Pro Nail.

Im giving 2 stars because the woman that done my eyelash extensions was very sweet but done an awful job, the outer eye's looks great. Its the insides... its hard to explain what they look like but there wonky and dont look that great... also she got glue on my forehead and i cant get it off i think she needs more training

I am only giving this place one star because I have too! I only asked to have my gel polish removed and they have wrecked my nails! I would never go here again, disgraceful.

I have been here twice. The first time was a good experience. Friendly staff. Fast service. Good pedicure. The second time, however, was on a Friday afternoon. My friend and I waited for an hour and a half before we were able to sit in one of the pedicure seats. We sat in those chairs for an additional half hour with no acknowledgement. before we simply gave up and left.

Had my nails done just under 3 weeks ago and i liked my nails at first but today part of the actylic nail started lifting when i looked under the bit that lifted my natural nail had started melting away. I had to go to a professional to get it off as its now so painful. Im not happy at all

Visited today. Very disappointed! I had a full set of acrylics. The first lady made the shape of the acrylics awful! They were flat and not even the same length or shape. Then put such thick polish on...
Visited today. Very disappointed! I had a full set of acrylics. The first lady made the shape of the acrylics awful! They were flat and not even the same length or shape. Then put such thick polish on which was blotchy. The simple nail design i asked for she was unable to do. I complained and had a different person try and fix them and to be honest they were worse then the first set. The acrylic is very thick and the tips are all different shapes. Not happy at all.

It upsets me to see all the neg reviews. I love this place, the people, and the service. Their hours are very accommodating for a working mom with 2 kids and their multiple sports/activities. If this was such a horrible place, why is it always slammed? Even when it is busy, all waiting chairs and stations are full, it only takes Andy and pedi tech and hour to do both mani and pedi. I think that is great! Especially since I get to sip my wine, given to me free of charge, while they work their magic. I am a long time customer and will continue to use their services. I encourage other long time customers to speak up and share their experiences. Thanks Kelly and Andy! Keep up the great work!

This was my go to nail place until recently. Will only go back if I'm in a hurry since this is the closest nail place to my house. Super sloppy gel mani last time, and then today after I clearly asked for a gel mani, they only gave me the gel polish change. Hello!!! I was the second person there today, they should have given me the service I asked for, but they didn't because literally 10 came in within 15 minutes after me. Wtf kind of service is that. AND the polish change I did get today was sloppy sloppy sloppy. If you do go here, don't waste your time with the regular employees, ask for Andy or Kelly, the owners, who at least will put a little pride in their work.

This place is a hit or miss; more so a miss. I have been here multiple times and I was only satisfied twice. Recently however, I had a horrible experience where my gel polish was lumpy and had changed colors. I went in two days later to have them fixed and the man assumed that I had caused the color to change and that I needed to pay for a gel color change. NOPE. Needless to say, this place stays busy. They do speak english, which is nice. I think the service that you receive depends on the quality of the person that you get when you sit down.

This was my first time at Pro Nail. I absolutely love the job my nails. I got just a dipped gel overlay on my natural nails, which is my first, and I won't get anything different from now on!!!
