Avoid. Go to Pro Nails. This place has poor customer service. I took my mom here when I had first moved to White House and they pitched a fit because I only wanted a polish change on my toes. My mom wanted a pedi. I had asked to just sit in the chair next to her because the place was empty. They started yelling at me and talking in a different language (not sure their ethnicity) and it was obvious they were talking about me. They finally let me sit there, but told me I could not use the massage chair. I told them I did not care about the massage chair and that I just wanted to sit next to my mom since she was visiting from out of town. Needless to say I have not been back. Read Less

Nail Zone is the only place I will go. The service is exceptional and friendly. I have my favorite techs of course and always schedule an appointment to make sure they have time for me and with my busy schedule its important to be able to call ahead for the same day. I went here because I wanted gel nails. I had been before, and because it was fairly cheap I figured I would try it again. Big mistake. Never again. First of all, I found a picture online and presented it to my technician, and my nails ended up looking nothing like I wanted. My nails turned out fairly pretty, but they are not by any means of a professional standard. I feel like a child could have done a better job. Secondly, the manicure in itself was horrendous. One of my nails was cut and therefore bleeding because my technician so rough, and she proceeded to go on with the rest of the manicure—wiping oil, acetone, and left over nail polish across the wound. I also had injured my thumb, and she took no action to be careful there either. My nails were so sore after she was done. Finally, she spoke very little English, and I felt extremely uncomfortable because the only words she could fully understand were "thank you". She couldn't even tell me to go wash my hands during the manicure, she just pointed to the sink! She couldn't properly check me out either because she did not understand the words I was saying. It was so awkward! They were also very rude and unwelcoming. The signs on their table used sarcastic, crude language and their attitudes were not any better. Overall, I paid them for a service, and they did not deliver. I will not be recommending this salon to anyone whatsoever. All they do is waste your time and money. They don't care about giving a professional service, all they care about is the revenue. Brought my daughter to have acrylic nails put on for prom. The lady spoke little english and did not do what my daughter asked. Her nails looked aweful. We had to file them down and repaint them. Would not recommend this place to anyone for any service. Read Less

I have been to this salon twice now. The first time I went I had a fantastic experience! The manager and his wife took care of me perfectly! My foot massage lasted at least ten minutes and my manicure couldn't have been better. This time when I went for a gel polish manicure and I got another lady. She was younger and very timid. She did an okay job but not near the quality of last time. I did have to ask her to re-paint a couple nails from where she had missed the sides. She also didn't allow me time to enjoy the hot towel nor did she massage my arms and hands. It was more of slathering lotion on my arms and done. To make it more clear, I actually had to rub the lotion in myself because she literally didn't. It was also awkward at check out when she finished. She just stood beside me looking at me for payment, I had to specifically ask her "How much do I owe you?" Then she hovered over me looking anxiously while I filled out the tip and receipt. I love this place. It is the only one in town I will go to. Being a hemodialysis nurse I'm hard on my feet and hands and picky about cleanliness. Always to a tee here. Never a doubt as to sanitization. Tom and Tiffany are the best. There have been times when I break off an acrylic due to what I do (no fault of theirs) and they repair with no cost to me. I found this place because I live in White House and didn't want to have to drive to Nashville on the weekend to get my nails done.  I moved to White House from Brooklyn, NY and was pleasantly surprised at the quality of this small town nail salon.  Everything is clean and comfy and I have gotten consistently good mani/pedis here.  Definitely recommend if you live in the area. The fact that we had to wait an hour did not bother me in the least it was the awful job that was done on my nails that will have me not returning.
