Wanted a loose spiral perm. Got a perm from the 80's! Ruined my hair. I had to cut off so much, it will be several years to grow back.

My experience sucked. The chic did my hair does not know how to do hair. I should not have paid but i did. She told me to come back and she would fix my hair. I ran like hell. She even admitted she screwed my hair up. It cost me $200.00 to get my hair fix the right way by another salon. I will NEVER go to Image again. IT SUCKS BAD!!!!
