I visited this location on May 21 and had a horrible experience here. The first issue was my pedicure. The Lady who did mine could not speak English nor understand it and therefore, wasn't able to do what I asked for. Another lady, I assume was the owner told me that she wasn't going to charge for the pedicure. I get home and check my credit card ledger and I was charged full price. I called the next day and was told that I wasn't charged for the polish, wth? Keep in mind I paid a total of $78 for a full set and pedicure. As of yesterday, one nail came completely off and all, I mean ALL of the other nails are lifting, it has only been one week since they were done. It was a total ripoff, however; I will be paying them a visit to either 1) have them repaired at no charge or 2) get a FULL refund. I have been getting these services since the early 90's and I have never been so disappointed, especially after spendingy hard earmed money. No one else touches my nails! Was sad to see Michael go but everyone here is amazing! Clean clean clean!!! Something you don't find at most nail salons. Price is slightly higher than others but I'd rather pay it an not get dirty implements or a nail fungus! Always leave pleased and with beautiful nails and toes Read Less

I love going to this friendly place. Sometimes I have to wait but I'm usually not in a hurry. I always get wine when I ask for it which helps me relax. But when you see me come in the door I should not have to ask for wine they should just ask if I want the glass of wine cause I'm always gonna say yes. Keep up the good work. My first time coming here. I wasnt pleased! I dont know if its because it was so busy! My nails are not good at all! I waited patiently until my turn. Everyone else got their "time in the chair to finish completely painting and all! I was moved to the drying center where he stood up and painted my nails! I love their work and they are so friendly. Lots of business...one of the males that worked on my nails messed it up but let me say this Yvonne the great nail salon owner fixed me right up. This place is TERRIBLE. I went here last night and the staff seemed so inexperienced. The woman who was doing my nails even cut me with the buffer. So unacceptable that I was tempted to just tell them to take the nails off and leave. I am so very disappointed with my experience and it was a BIG waste of money. Read Less

I will never go back to this place...! I was waited on by the only male in the salon. He told me I was ghetto for picking out different colors. Then he ask if both my parents were black I said no. I was so embarrassed  that they talk to there customers like this. Whether your mixed or white, black you shouldn't feel uncomfortable by someone else's ignorance. Read Less
