Very rude people. Also severely over priced. 48$ for gel polish on acrylic. Also if you get your nails done a little bit longer than where they touch the skin they charge 5$ more and it’s longer than that it’s 15$ more. Absolutely ridiculous, I pay 34$ for absolutely gorgeous coffin nails in the boro with gel polish. I will NEVER come back here. They are rude and their nails suck. They dont really clean properly. And very rude. I just want to check my phone.. and the old lady got mad at me. She stopped and say dont Use your phone bec i just put the nail polish.. me like my phone is touchscreen so its okay.. im tryin to message my husband bec im almost done... I understand the concern.. but atleast say it nicely. I mean im a customer. And im very careful. I never experience this in my country.. when you in the nail salon.. tbey will treat you like a queen and will never ever talk to you badly. Bec they will make sure you pay what you deserve. And also they dont wear uniform.. they just like in the house. And they just nice to american but maybe bec im Asian too they treat me differently.. but its unfair esp.. im im nice to them. I'm from California, but was here for work and got a pedicure. Thu was excellent. I have awful ingrown nails, she removed them with the least amount pain. I got the more expensive pedicure, and it was completely worth it. Read Less

I go in for the pedicures, yeah I know Im a guy but Im diabetic and HAVE to take very good care of my feet. I always request Angie, shes SO GOOD. Just today I got my first deluxe pedicure. Over an hour of not only the normal pedi but intense foot and leg massage, sugar scrub, hot parrifen for the feet even a hot stone foot and leg massage. I was in pleasure intoxication here. I've never been super impressed with this salon, but the last time I went was one of the worst. The staff I worked with was rude and harsh with me. I was having a hard time getting comfortable, as I'm currently pregnant, and felt like they were inpatient and plain rude. I got my pedicure and then proceeded to get my powder nails taken off. They used a drill and file to get the powder off and painted them clear and charged me $15. When I left I realized they didn't even get the entire powder off, and when I went to get my nails done again in Murfreesboro, they had to do the process again bc there was so much left over from the previous job. Thankfully I was not charged at that salon. My husband even commented on how horrible they looked and told me I needed to go get them done (not typical). Also, when I left the salon  and ran errands, my toes looked terrible. For some reason the polish never dried and got everywhere. I made sure to be careful and wear sandals and they still ended up this way. Unimpressed to say the least. I won't be going back! Read Less

I sent my 17 yr old very shy daughter to this nail shop to get her nails done for her senior pictures.She ask for acrilic nails and they put gel nail polish on and did not ask her and didn't bother using the nail polish that she brought in for them to use.Her polish starting peeling 10 min. After she left and her hang nails were terrible looking.My daughter said they were very rude from the time she walked in the door as well.I saw the picture of her nails and i was furious!I called ultra nails and let them know I was her parent and she had senior pictures in a day or two and this looked terrible.I told them I paid for them she was my child and these are the things I wanted fixed.I am so angry that they sent her out looking like that.I have tought my daughter to be respectful to adults and she didn't say anything because they were adults and she didn't want to be disrespectful.I have never wrote a bad review before but I felt like this expierenced deserved one.They did kinda fixed them when I sent her back.Needless to say we want be back there! I asked for a pedicure when I walked in. I was told "Pick Color." Then I was told to go to 11. This is where I waited for 30 minutes just sitting there. A guy working on a lady beside me finally ran a little water. Not even enough to cover my feet. This is where I sat for 15 more minutes. Still no one speaking to me. I watched one then two getting waited on that came in after me. I slowly start drying my feet off & rolling my pants down waiting for someone to speak or say they'll be right there, but nothing. Talk about minimal effort. Fastest manicure i ever had (not worth $15 for sure). Why do I have to ask them to do things that should be obvious? (clean under nail, make sure nails are equal lengths, "clean up" excess polish on the finished nail) The tech was distracted and they changed people midway through the manicure (WTF) and when the lady put lotion on my arms she didn't bother putting it on my hands. My hands were so dry when i left. I made the mistake of slathering on the CHEAP A** lotion they had at the drying station, and i smelled horrible (like plastic) the rest of the day. I used to love this place--I've been going there for the better part of two decades--but the last three pedicures I got did not even last until the next day. I don't know why their process is any different from other nail salons, but they layer the polish on so thick that it never dries and the moment you try to wear shoes, it smudges beyond repair. Their gel manis are pretty good most of the time, but I'm tired of paying $40 for a pedicure I have to remove and do over the very next day. Read Less
