We used them several times. My middle schooler got a set of acrylic nails, and they almost immediately fell off. We had to have 4 repaired. Then I dropped my 17 year old off and went to browse in the mall. She went in for a $25 set, and some how came out with a $45 set. It was her first time, and I take part of the blame, because I didn't know there was more than one kind. But we were left with the bill. She told them she didn't have enough money, so he said they would give her $10 off. I wasn't happy because I believe they took advantage. I let them know it when I got there. Went with my mother in law and had an ok experience. Pedicure was okay, but he didn’t even remove the dead skin off of my heals. They didn’t even start on my mother in laws nails until I was half way done with my mani and pedi. Understaffed. While working on my acrylics the man rushed and didn’t even cover the nail completely in acrylic, I had to tell him to add more acrylic (I’m not even licensed), and he even dropped super glue all over my finger and failed to remove it. the length is off on both hands, one hand is longer than the other and the shape is quite different on one hand too. My nail polish application was sloppy, and rushed and I have left over nail polish on my skin. At the end of an acrylic application or ANY manicure I typically get oil put on my cuticles and he failed to do that as well. Didn’t clear coat my nails until I was almost done drying. Wouldn't even give it one star. Outcome was clean, and overpriced. My mother and I went, and she wanted regular acrylics and they gave her what they wanted. Some type of gel nails. The young gentleman had no idea what he was doing and took off the top layer of my actual nail and drew blood. To two of my fingers. Will NOT be going back. Wanted stiletto nails and got these ugly pointy almond shaped nails with acrylic and one color nail polish.. my nails were kind of grown out, like most nail salons they clip your nails before they start. They definitely did not do that. Felt rushed even though it was just me, my friend and maybe three other people that were there. They also messed up my friends nails. She wanted stiletto nails as well and the women working on her cut them too short and said she couldn't do them. I was charged 40$ and tipped 5$ cause I'm well mannered. Won't ever go back. The lady that did my sister's pedicure was very nice, and friendly and actually spent time massaging my sister's legs and feet. She was super helpful with the nail polish selection as well. The man who did my pedicure however, was very quick, kind of just laid the hot towel on my legs instead of wrapping my legs like my sister's were. It felt rushed. After tonight's visit I will never go back. I have went here for years and spent hundreds of dollars with them but tonight I went for a pedicure. I waited patiently for 25 minutes for them to get to me. When they did they did my nails and then put me under dryer.  After 2 mins she told me I was done. I obviously knew my nails were not dry and said I'm going to sit for another min. 2 mins later she came up to me and told me I need to take my shoes and go. I explained it was raining and would rather not walk out in the flip flops they provide. She made me leave and said it was closing yet there was 15 mins till closing. Horrible customer service!
