I use to visit this nail salon religiously for about 5 years and used to be very pleased. I took my 12 yr old daughter for her to get a pedicure and I got a pedicure and a full set. She didn’t get the color she asked for and her pedicure started about 8 mins after mine and she was finished before me. Apparently the woman who did her pedicure was in a hurry to go home. The lady who did my full set cut me twice. My nails were crooked and I asked for them to be short 2 different times and they were still too long. I tried to take them off my self but it took almost two full days to get them off because they use MMA. I definitely won’t be making another trip back here.

Pro: The manicure was the quickest manicure I’ve ever had.
Cons: sloppiest manicure I’ve ever had, there’s finger imprints on the gel polish where she touched it wet before the UV light. I had a broken nail and told her twice but she still ran the tool over it. I asked to cut my nails down and they’re basically the same length. That was the whole reason I came today because mine were too long and breaking.
:( My manicurist said 4 words to me, “I like the color.” It was a very awkward and a cringe worthy experience. None of the techs were really very friendly. No one smiled when I walked in. Really awkward. I’d probably never come back if here if I had even if I had no other choice.

the woman who did my pedi was ruff and rude stayed on her phone the entire time asked me nothing about what i wanted i came in ready to get the works but after that i left only wasting pedicure money ...
the woman who did my pedi was ruff and rude stayed on her phone the entire time asked me nothing about what i wanted i came in ready to get the works but after that i left only wasting pedicure money on crooked nails, she didnt even buff the nails to get rid of the ridges from polish i could have done this for free il go else ware for my nails DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

The lady I got was very heavy handed with the drill and didn’t seem to care she kept hurting me. I have a Knick in my middle finger from her. Also I chose a cat eye polish, which she did not do correctly so instead of the dimension it’s supposed to have it’s just a flat color. When I asked her about it, she said it would be an additional $10. I get it was Saturday and they had peopl waiting, but I waited too and deserved better service. I won’t be going back.

They are very kind, and a very clean place I have been going over 4yrs and I love them. They will stay late when some one walks in 5min before closing which is awesome.

I got a Mani-Pedi with Beth three weeks ago. What a treat! I got to sit in the massage chair while she massaged my legs and feet!!!! AHHHHHHH... I chose a gel polish because she said that it would stay on longer. Boy was she right! She did my manicure after that and again, I got a great arm and hand massage. Heavenly. Since then I have been to camp, I have planted in my garden and weeded my garden, done tons of housework, and the only place that my nail polish does not look completely new is where my nails have grown since I was there. I'm going back again today!

went there with my sisters and it was awful! one sister had to ask them to clean her pedicure tub. it still had toe nails from the previous person. the ladies who did our pedicures only understood english if they were insulting us. none of the massaging chairs worked properly if they worked at any point.my water in my tub was extremely hot,i told her n she just laughed.the other sisters water never even got luke warm. the lady doin mine cut my toe i told her it hurt and she jabbed it a few more times nodding. they sped thru doing them then rushed us to pay. one sister wanted an eyebrow wax the lady told her her face was hairy like a man. then after the horrible waxing where she double dipped the wax stick, there was still plenty of hair to pluck. this nail polish selection was horrid. this place is just a poor experience for what your paying so much for. i do not recommend this place to anyone instead i tell them how bad my experience was. i will not be going back!

I use to visit this nail salon religiously for about 5 years and used to be very pleased. I took my 12 yr old daughter for her to get a pedicure and I got a pedicure and a full set. She didn’t get the color she asked for and her pedicure started about 8 mins after mine and she was finished before me. Apparently the woman who did her pedicure was in a hurry to go home. I got a Mani-Pedi with Beth three weeks ago. What a treat! I got to sit in the massage chair while she massaged my legs and feet!!!! AHHHHHHH... I chose a gel polish because she said that it would stay on longer. Boy was she right! She did my manicure after that and again, I got a great arm and hand massage. Heavenly.
