00 STARS THE WORST JOB . WOULD NOT LISTEN TO WHAT I WANTED, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. SPENT 98.00 ON ME AND GRANDDAUGHTER. DON'T GO THERE.

I have been coming here for more than a year. All the staff are very nice and do excellent work. Best to call for an appointment, otherwise you may have a short wait.

I give 0 stars. The worst experience ever. Rushed doing my nails to where they don't match up & even to the point of hurting bc he was in a rush trying to leave . Nail color does not even out on nail...
I give 0 stars. The worst experience ever. Rushed doing my nails to where they don't match up & even to the point of hurting bc he was in a rush trying to leave . Nail color does not even out on nails . Needed a manicure. The man said he couldn't do it bc he didn't have time.( 15 minutes) He said we closed at 5:30 due to weather. The weather is not bad at all here in Springfield. There was customers still getting there nails and feet done. If you charge $90 bucks I should be a happy customer and was so unhappy that I told them . I was told to come back Monday & they will fix it. Are you serious? I will never come back. You take care of paying customer before you make them leave unsatisfied. Will never come back. Wasted my time and money here. Absolutely worst experience ever in my life.

I got a pedicure, french style. The worker was fast and did a good job. The place was clean and I saw two workers cleaning the pedicure basins as soon as the patrons got up. The worker didn't rub and beat my legs like some places do. I hate that. The worker left the hot towels on too long so that they were cold. That was the only negative. Massage chair was good and the price of the basic pedicure was competitive. I would go there again.

I got a pedicure, french style. The worker was fast and did a good job. The place was clean and I saw two workers cleaning the pedicure basins as soon as the patrons got up. The worker didn't rub and beat my legs like some places do. I hate that. The worker left the hot towels on too long so that they were cold. That was the only negative. Massage chair was good and the price of the basic pedicure was competitive. I would go there again.
