Waited with my feet in cold water for 45 minutes for a pedicure. The guy rushed through it and my feet were still rough because he basically didn't do anything besides my paint my toenails. The paint job was the worst I've ever had. There was missing paint in several places, polish all over my cuticles and multiple bumps. I went back to my old nail salon that's 45 minutes away for pedicure and manicure (that I opted out of after realizing the poor service) the next day. I requested a refund of my money because I had to have it redone elsewhere and the manager and owner both refused to refund. I'm a loyal customer and good tipper and this salon just lost a potential new customer. Read Less

My daughter was told 30 min to get 2 nails fixed been here hour and half they have taken people over my child. She is waiting to get them fixed for her prom and when I asked as the adult they said taking people before only some can do nails and some can do pedicures. But the lady doing pedicures is who usually does her nails. Read Less

I use to really like coming here but now they rush the job is sloppy and the waiting time is a little bit long I would suggest letting the lady do your nails if I ever come back that's the only one I'm letting on my nails again. Read Less

Very happy with the service here! Was taken back for a pedicure immediately. Offered a drink (water, soda & wine is complimentary and free!) as the water was started. Exceptional job, very comfortable with the chair massage. Flat screen tvs on both walls. Separate area for pedicures, another for manicures, and peaceful private rooms for waxing. They even offer hot stone foot massage! Glad I found this place on my vacation, will be back! Read Less

The price is ridiculous they do not have a price list they charge you what they wanna they bring in these people they don't know what they're doing that one woman she was cleaning when I went back she was doing nails that old man there he was the worst ever I guess they give you these dri nks so you can get drunk and don't realize how awful your nails look but I don't drink I drink dr. Wow ...worst in about 5 years. GAVE FUNGAL INFECTION !!! .... I get regular pedis ..moved to the area. Went here and well ..1. The old man is horrible and scraped my foot like 4 times while he filed the toenails .... He did NOT even file them right he filed the tops of my feet ..... I got to top package at $45 and he burnt me with the stones and the wax and scraped me while rubbing the orange exfoliate on me. I am broke out .... I picked off wax from inbetween my toes two d...ays later ... They did not offer designs since the girl was out and did not bother to mention until we were almost done. My paint is WOW my 10 year old paints my skin better ... Horrible waste of money....
