I went for the first time yesterday. The staff was very friendly. The shop was very clean and the wait was short . Sam did my nails and I was very impressed. He did them to perfection and that is not easy to come by at all. He was very meticulous and my nails were flawless!!!! On top of that he was very friendly and personable!! My sister and I stopped by today for pedicures. They got us into chairs right away and let us soak in the spa chairs while we waited about 10 minutes for the nail techs to finish with current clients. Being able to sit and relax in the massage chairs while waiting, was great. When the techs finally came over they added new warm water to the tubs and began working. We paid for just the basic pedicure but it was the most relaxing pedicure I have ever received the nail techs talked and joked with us the entire time. We will definitely be returning! Read Less

NOT HAPPY AT ALL I had an appointment for pedicure and they made me wait for more than an hour,when I asked one of the guys if anyone was going to help me the only thing he did was laugh and started talking to the other guys in their language but they were helping other customers with no appointments right away. If you have unlimited time to spend waiting / getting a pedi, then this is your place. I admit I was a walk-in, and while I expected to wait, she told me 20 minutes and didn't take me back to a chair for over 40. It was another 20 minutes before anyone started my service. The service then lasted about 30 minutes, and would have probably been longer, but I told her I had to leave in 10 minutes. Ten minutes later, she hadn't even started painting my nails yet! I was about to tell her to forget it, but she did a quick polish job, and I rushed out. Overall, it was over an hour and a half. I usually don't have that kind of time, but my feet look much better and the leg massage was great, so it's a toss up. Probably won't be going back unless I can't find a better salon. Read Less

Quote one price before you begin and then keep adding charges during the process. At the end, still charges an even higher price. No one in store takes any responsibility. When asking for management there's never a shop manager nor owner present. Everyone claims to be just a tech. Nail and feet two different colors then they lie and say you chose these. The nails are uneven an full of lumps. This was my first experience and needless to say I will not be back. I will not be back!!! I waited 30 minutes after i had an appointment to only receive a 25 minute pedicure. Quickest pedicure ever!!! He did not do any cuticle work nor remove all the old polish. Needless to say for $28 for 25 min of work, he did not get a tip! Read Less

I made an appointment for two pedicures as soon as the store opened. They took me on time, and seated me quickly but the pedicure water was cold. I asked two times to warm the water up, and then she began to work on my feet. I finally had to ask her again if she was going to warm the water up, or else I stated I would just leave. She hastily turned on the warm water and then grabbed my foot. I jerked my foot back and then really became annoyed, but I decided to stay because I already made an appointment. The pedicure was lackluster at best; I could've done it myself. I decided to get a shellac manicure, and thank goodness someone else completed the manicure. Again, the manicure was lackluster at best. I still look like I am in need of a manicure. I definitely won't be back to this place. Save your money and go elsewhere. Read Less

I went to Nothing But Nails for the first time after I had a bad experience at a previous nail salon. They were awesome! They have a great color selection and good pricing! A friend of mine and I both got pedicures, Kim did mine and I did not catch the name of the other girl, but they both did a fantastic job. She was regularly rechecking her previous work to make sure she had not missed anything or messed anything up and it made my pedicure flawless! This is the 3rd time I have been to Nothing But Nails and have been satisfied with every visit. They have a huge selection of gel and regular polishes to choose from. For me the must important in place like that is the clean and the service! Thay have those in a big time! Every one so kind and smiling, the place are really clean.  Every client get 100% attention! I am from NJ and wanted a basic mani/pedi. I called at 12:30 on a Saturday and they were able to accommodate me right away. I don't know if this is always the case but , it was graduation weekend so that may have been lucky for me. Julie was wonderful. The facility is clean and attractively decorated. Went to this location for the first time this sat to treat myself to a bday mani and pedi.  I was not impressed with the way my feet were done.  It was sloppy and it was also not at all what i expected!  My toes still have some rough skin, the cuticles were NOT removed as they should be and the paint is not done correct on each nail.  needless to say, sloppy, quick and $$$I was hoping for my nails to be better but again it was the same.  No cuticles removed correctly, paint was not fully covering all nail areas and it was quick.  My nails were just done and it looks like i need another Mani asap due to bad polishing!!needless to say, I will look for other locations in the area of just stick to the Franklin/Brentwood salons. This is not my usual nail salon, but it's closer than my regular place.  Pressed for time, I thought I'd give it a try.  The welcome was less than warm ("What you want today?") but since no one else was waiting, I decided to proceed with a pedicure.  I chose a color and proceeded to the pedicure area, where two women were already working on other customers.  One said, "You have to wait out front!"  So I turn to walk toward the front, and another worker from the front says, "No, second chair."  so I sat and waited about 10 minutes before anyone even put water in the basin or acknowledged me again.  I wasn't offered any choices for the type of pedicure, and I wasn't offered anything to drink (although the other customers were given water and soda).  The service was very quick, and the massage (if you'd call it that) was weak.  The pedicure itself was somewhat sloppy, and the charge was $28.00.  Unless I am in an absolute bind, I will not be returning. Thought I'd try  new nail salon.  The girl did a great job on my nails - BUT the only words said were - Pink & White"?  and the after all was done - $35.00.  That was the extent of conversation!!!  I am so tired of the lack of customer service these days.  Evidently they have so many customers they don't need a new one!!!  I'll continue my search - maybe they will say "hello" when I enter!!!! I have tried every nail place in Spring Hill over the past four years, and this place IS THE ONE TO GO TO!  I even prefer it over the many places I have tried in the Franklin area as well.  The interior is also the very best looking because of their choice of warm paint colors, it doesn't look stark white and pepto-pink (bleck!).  Go with the Gel mani!  They also give you a great massage with every pedi unlike some places who give you a quick rub and call it a massage.  If I need a mani or pedi, this is where I love going the most!  See you there!
