I have been going to this nail salon for six months and for the past couple of times my gel polish has chipped so I thought maybe they didn’t dry well enough. Well I went back and got my nails done again..this time they didn’t ask me to wash my hands and three days later both my thumb nails had chipped all the way down to the acrylic. When I went back to show them my nails..they had the nerve to tell me that Ingit my fingers...REALLY!!!! I told them not to insult me and they continued to say that I hit my fingers. I told them that had I hit my fingers I would say that I did and to stop telling me what happened. They fixed them and I let the know that I will not return. They are rude and unprofessional and they better be glad I am in my grown lady business because I could have used a few select words. I have been coming to this salon for years and they do such a great job. The salon is always clean and current on their products, equipment and sterilization processes. The worst service I ever experienced I’ve been going to this salon for almost 3 years I spend at least $100 every time I come with me and my daughter and today the owner had some sort of dispute with his wife who was calling him uncontrollably and texting that he had to send a pic of my daughters nails while he was doing them to let her know I’m assuming where he was. Then he also had some sort of dispute with one of his employees resulting in the employee walking out. The owner got up in the middle of my service in an attempt to go after his employee but the employee ignored him and got in his car and left. This clearly pissed off the owner I could see this by his body language when he returned he then starts to drill my nails cutting my cuticles to the point they were burning and bleeding he was very rough with my nails at this point but I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt thinking he was upset with his wife and his employee and not me. Well he went on to polish my nails at this point you could tell he was rushing and didn’t seem to be to happy but I noticed he wasn’t polishing my whole nail so I simply said as polite as ever can u make sure you polish the sides of my nail and he throws my hands to the side and yells at me like a child WHAT DO YOU WANT?!?!?! So I told him I want what I PAID MY MONEY FOR!!!!! He gets up throwing my hands to the side and sent some young lady out to finish polishing my nails! I’m shocked that he was this rude this is clearly someone who does not appreciate ALL his customers I noticed he didn’t care if I was upset no apology absolutely nothing I will never spend my hard working dollars with such an ungrateful rude unprofessional business you might not care about me as a customer but my dollars went towards some part of your business and to run a successful business you must treat your customers with respect and save the temper tantrums for someone who is not paying for a service if you want to half polish nails offer that service but don’t force it on customers you charge to polish their full nails at full price I don’t want anything free or any special treatment I simply want what I’ve paid for given to me in a respectful way! People this businesses does not value their customers money otherwise I wouldn’t be sharing this horrible experience from this business with you! I work way to hard to spend my money with people who don’t respect you as you respect them there are nails shops on every corner now days you need more than good work you need good customer service also it’s a package to success! Very relaxed atmosphere, very nice people. I slipped in after work and they got right to me. They take walk-ins and appointments, which is great! The prices seem a little higher than where I usually go, but altogether I think it was worth it. I think I've found my new nail salon! Read Less

Can I give 6 stars! What a great nail salon! We were between volleyball games and they got me and my girls in for quick mani/pedis for their back to school treat. They hurried through filling in my nails when I got home I noticed the guy actually forgot to fill in some of my nails they also cut my skin on the side of my finger making it bleed I had my nails painted there also they told me I was ready to go once I got outside the Polish melted from my nails I went back in & told them they said they looked fine & refused to redo them or give me my money back. After a long work week I just wanted a pedicure and on a Friday this is almost impossible after 5:00pm. After driving from Nashville looking and looking in Lavergne, I made the mistake and went to Paris Nails in Smyrna, TN. The environment was clean, but the service was HORRIBLE and the employees were very RUDE!!!After sitting for 30 minutes. They took someone that just came in and went straight to work. I was there before the new customer came and was then told that the guy that was putting nails on another customer would help me when he finished which was going to be another 30 minute wait. In the mean time another nail tech finished and was told to finally provide me service. But before he came over to provide me service he and another nail technician whispered somthing to each other then they both looked at me with smirks on their faces and walked away. I was livid by this time and got up from the chair. Now acting as if they are surprised i told them i refuse to pay for services when they act as if they dont want to serve me. I came there after a long day of work with the intention of getting my nails done. I advise all to not ever waste your time or money here. First of all. They are 502 Enon Springs Road EAST. I'm here from out of town and decided to treat myself to a mani /pedi. With how few reviews this place had I was a little nervous but I had a good feeling about trying this place out. HANDS down the best mani pedi I have gotten. The atmosphere is pleasant and I was seated immediately- they even offered me a drink . They take reservations or you can walk in. There was an amazing attention to detail and a nice flow in the process.  I decided to get a shellac manicure and I've not been this happy about a manicure in a long time. A lot of times I'll go and splurge on an experience and just feel rushed through and regret dropping the money. I know I will not feel this after this experience. They were EXCELLENT!! Fantastically professional and extraordinarily dedicated to detail!!! It was the first gel manicure that lasted more then three days Kristina did an extraordinary job! She was very nice made sure she knew what I wanted and then provided!! They were very sanitary and careful. Then I got a pedicure and it was the most relaxing thing EVER. I love this Paris nails and will definitely go back/recommend them to everyone!!!! The experience was definitely worth the price. :) Read Less
