Very friendly and they do good work. Nice atmosphere. The only area for improvement I would suggest is to answer the phone when people call to make an appointment. Every time I have called I get their...
Very friendly and they do good work. Nice atmosphere. The only area for improvement I would suggest is to answer the phone when people call to make an appointment. Every time I have called I get their voicemail. When I leave a message, it takes two days to get a call back. I call at different times of the day, understanding that if they're with a client they can't answer. However, they absolutely never answer and it takes days to get a call back. I have moved to a different salon that is staffed to answer phone calls and make appointments in a timely manner.
