Timing is horrible. When you let them know how you want your nails, they do the comete opposite. If you tell them you do not want your nails done the way, they will get an attitude and half complete the service. Unexceptable! No need for terrible customer service, let's drink some Chai Tea and think happy thoughts here!

Quick and inexpensive. They have more deluxe packages but don't verbally offer them. They don't ask what you would like you just sit down and they get to works bing bang boom done. Nothing fancy and when I asked for the menu of the pedicures the man was very hesitant to give it to me. They don't want to do the nice fun stuff just paint and send you on the way. Still they do a nice job.

Definitely not worth the $45.00 I payed my nails look like crap along with the nail art they were very rude! And had me sitting for 30 minutes soaking polish off my nails in an empty chair why everyon...
Definitely not worth the $45.00 I payed my nails look like crap along with the nail art they were very rude! And had me sitting for 30 minutes soaking polish off my nails in an empty chair why everyone else went ahead of me getting service first... K&M Nails is better than this place atleast! So I would rate it a 0 if I could won't be back here that's for sure!

Went in there on a Saturday to get my nail fixed 1 nail fixed at 5:17 pm the open sign was on all the sudden I hear mumbling and someone walks to the open sign and turns it off I turn around and ask if they're closed and in a rude tone they said yes... I put my color down and walked away that's why I never go to the nail salons in Shelbyville!!! They are rude as hell!!!!! I had to give it a one star to post a review but they deserve 0 stars

I've never had to wait with an appointment and they do a better job of acrylics than any nail salon I've found in Murfreesboro, and I've tried many! They last and last.

If I could give this place negative stars I would! Absolutely the rudest people I've ever dealt with! I work for skills development and one of my individuals likes to go there to get her pedicures done and today we had to go as a group with 3 other ladies, everyone was quiet and good then one of our ladies had a seizure we quietly calmed her and it was all over and done with! As we were paying the gentleman he informed us that her house mates were not welcome in their shop! It takes a special kind of person to be so mean to discriminate against men and women with disabilities!

Absolutely horrible experience! Went with my daughter and granddaughter for pedicures and nails...had called and made an "appointment"...arrived 10 minutes early only to sit for 35 minutes waiting for the people to get ready. We ended up leaving and having to reschedule the whole day at another salon. Staff was rude and inconsiderate the entire time. I will NEVER recommend this place.

I give star nails five star i love the way they did my nails sunday 4/6/14 they even made it on there facebook. So if u need ur nais or toes done go to them they are great.

Quick and inexpensive. They have more deluxe packages but don't verbally offer them. They don't ask what you would like you just sit down and they get to works bing bang boom done. Nothing fancy and when I asked for the menu of the pedicures the man was very hesitant to give it to me. They don't want to do the nice fun stuff just paint and send you on the way. Still they do a nice job.

I put my color down and walked away that's why I never go to the nail salons in Shelbyville!!! They are rude as hell!!!!! I had to give it a one star to post a review but they deserve 0 stars

If I could give this place negative stars I would! Absolutely the rudest people I've ever dealt with! I work for skills development and one of my individuals likes to go there to get her pedicures done and today we had to go as a group with 3 other ladies, everyone was quiet and good then one of our ladies had a seizure we quietly calmed her and it was all over and done with! As we were paying the gentleman he informed us that her house mates were not welcome in their shop! It takes a special kind of person to be so mean to discriminate against men and women with disabilities!
