I have made several phone calls, no one ever answers the phone. Will take my money to Murfreesboro where hey answer the phone. Poor management.

It is very rare that I am able to make time to get my nails done EVER, so my husband made my appointment and he was confused and told me 10:05 instead of 10 this morning. So I get there a min before 10:05 maybe even a min after I can’t remember exactly but it was only like 5 or 6 min past 10 and they had already given my appointment time away to someone else. He said when people don’t call they move on. I was like I’m only 6 min late really! And instead of working with me all he said was I can reschedule. I think it’s very rude and ridiculous that they did this over 5 or 6 min. It’s not like I was 15 to 20 min late, I would totally understand that but not for 5 or 6 min. I’ve had other bad experiences there but like a dumb @$$ I kept going there because my family goes there too. I’m not sure if the lady upfront is his wife or not but she is not friendly at all, if u say you dont like the way a nail looks she will be rude as hell. My husband has had to put her in her place twice. Needless to say no more for me! OHHHH AND my husband dis try calling twice this morning to make sure we had the time right BUT they didn’t answer, go figure!

I went to La Belle yesterday for the first time and drove an hour just to get there. I was NOT disappointed! In fact, I had the BEST EVER mani-pedi I have ever experienced ANYWHERE! The staff made it a fun and enjoyable experience for me, and Dana was FABULOUS! The Owner is a very kind, professional and honorable man......thank you, Sir, for a wonderful day of pampering at La Belle. This is definitely my new go-to nail salon!

This place is amazing! I had the pleasure of having a deluxe pedicure with Amanda. For all you Mommys out there, this is exactly what you need! You get to sit in a room away from the hustle and bustle, have someone pamper your tired feet for almost an hour (I HIGHLY recommend Amanda), and even have a glass of wine. I mean, come on, what Mama wouldn't LOVE that!

So excited! Just got my legs waxed at La Belle yesterday... wonderful. I have super sensitive skin & shaving has always been difficult. The wax was perfect temp, the lady could not have been more pleasant. The atmosphere was totally relaxing. Planning a girls spa day. I am hooked :)

SAVE YOUR MONEY ! I have professional pedicures at least monthly yr round for over 20 yrs and this was the worst EVER. I paid for the deluxe ($45). Ended up using my own polish due to the lack of sele...
SAVE YOUR MONEY ! I have professional pedicures at least monthly yr round for over 20 yrs and this was the worst EVER. I paid for the deluxe ($45). Ended up using my own polish due to the lack of selection (dark red). The massage chair gave me a bruised back bc it didn't work as it was supposed to. He didn't even remove the flakes of old polish,trim cuticles or make sure he had a smooth surface before putting on 3 layers of polish (which of course dried to an uneven glob !).What should have been the best part (massage) was actually the worst ~HE USED THE EXFOLLIATOR AND GROUND IT INTO MY CALVES WHICH LEFT ME SORE AND ITCHING FOR HOURS FEELING LIKE HE REMOVED AT LEAST 2 LAYERS OF SKIN !!! I don't know if he had any pedicure experience or not but, I can assure you I will never use this salon again. I could have got a much better job done for 20 bucks and not had to have it done over ! I hate to even give them one star but, it doesn't have a negative star option ! You are paying for the decor and it's not worth all that for the lousy job. If you use them don't say you weren't warned !!!

I went to La Belle yesterday for the first time and drove an hour just to get there. I was NOT disappointed! In fact, I had the BEST EVER mani-pedi I have ever experienced ANYWHERE! The staff made it a fun and enjoyable experience for me, and Dana was FABULOUS!
