There were humps and lumps in my nails. They didn’t do a very good job. When they were told about the problem they kept talking between them in their language. I’m bilingual and I don’t mind and am pretty understanding until your discussing a problem and they make you feel uncomfortable because you had to complain about their work. My 5 year old daughter and I had pedicures done. They did a good job on both of us and the customer service was ok. They charged $15 for her toes and she only painted them. I have tried to give them many chances but every time I go the wait time is always 45 minutes. They only have 2 people working. The last time I went I took my grandfather for a pedicure. The guy rushed through the pedicure and ended up slicing my grandpas foot with the grater tool. He also was very rough on my feet. My feet hurt when I walked. Read Less

I see Nancy on a regular basis and she always does a fabulous job! She suggested a pointed nail shape which I have never considered before. I agreed and before doing my entire hand, she did one nail and asked what I thought before proceeding further. I’ve never had a nail tech check with me throughout the process to make sure I was happy. Sometimes I come in after work and she ends up having close because she always squeezes me in. I wish I had written my first review before now. I loved this place the first 3-4 visits, and probably would have given a 4-5 star review. The past two visits were just not up to par. I always do SNS nails and a pedi. I  feel they have become more concerned with making money than providing good service. So much pressure to go for deluxe treatments and fancy nail designs. Last visit the mature gentleman up front was doing my nails and proceeded to have two more ladies sit at his area and begin work on their nails. My daughter was desperate to have her nails done and talked me into taking her again. Bad move. The lady doing her nails left her while she waited on another customer. She then pressured my daughter to pay prior to finishing the job. Being a young teenager, my daughter relented after three tomes and gave her a tip. Evidently it was insufficient. I have gotten my nails done here several times in the past year. They have done a decent job on them. Last time I got my nails done though, they pressured me to get dip nails (which I didn't come there for, I came to get gel nails) and they gave me a facial which I didn't ask for (and I had to pay for it). I stopped going to their salon after that. I decided to give them another try a few days ago to get my face waxed. Let me tell you, they must not know what they are doing b...ecause they ripped half my face off. I am missing LAYERS of skin and ironically the hair is still there. The whole point of getting a wax was to get the hair off not rip layers of skin off my face. I now have to go to work and holiday parties like this. Makeup doesn't cover it, it is painful and it also looks like I have severe burn scars and marks. Not to mention it's peeling, you can only imagine what this looks like. Very embarrassing. They better hope it doesn't leave scaring. Then when I went to pay their machine wasn't working, so I had to go out of my way to withdraw cash and pay an extra fee to do so. Horrible experience!! Kept being pressured into getting dip powder nails which costed way more than what i wanted to get. Then didn’t even get what i asked for in colors/designs. Nails look AWFUL and need a fill in horribly after only 3 days. Not that they looked good to begin with!! Read Less

I used to only go here until tonight. I went to tree myself, got a 65 pedicure that is an hour massage, and hot stones, and paragon wax. My whole pedicure was 30 mins from massage to polish. And I paid 40 for my nails. Which she came and did them in the chair while I was getting a pedicure. How relaxing. Read Less

I went here in hopes of finding a decent nail salon that I can go to regularly. I did not find that nail salon here. I just wanted a natural shaped acrlyic with paint. My paint was very clumpy and the shape was no where near natural. The paint was all over my fingers. And once I was done the man told me it would $45 and I asked how and he said they charge $10 to shape nails. I’ve never heard of any place charging to shape nails. I will not be back. Read Less

Do not go here!! Horrible service! The guy that did my nails watched videos on his phone the whole time. He kept grabbing and pulling on my arm in a very aggressive way. I had to finally tell him to stop touching me ..he also caused sores on the side of my nails. I almost wanted to call the police. A woman came over to finish up while he stood towards the bad upset going off but I couldn't understand his language. I didn't even get the color I wanted but didn't care ..I just wanted to leave. Ask for Nancy. She is a lovely lady who goes above and beyond. She actually caught a foot fungus problem on a friend before it had become a major issue and she had some drops that she applied. Purchased gift certificate for my daughter. My daughter gets her nails done and a nail comes off few days later. She went in this week to see if they could fix nail and the gentleman in salon tells her no, because she didnt get her nails done there. Am I missing something? This is by far the worst nail salon or customer service establishment I have ever stepped foot in. I asked for gel nails four times even saying please and the gentlemen told me no power is better. I asked for my nails to be soaked and he drilled them instead which will take me four months to get the indentations to grown out. He also asked me out when I was done and when I said no he said why not? And this was just me.     I was with a bridal party and they only had three people working and continued to take every walk in. We were there for four hours! Everyone was done and all we were waiting on was the BRIDE who had to wait for a walk in to be done in order to get a design! For her wedding day!     One of the bridesmaids also had to argue whether or not the color that was about to go on her toes was hers. I mean, come on! First time there yesterday and I decided to try it out based on all the good reviews on here. I was more than satisfied with my nails. The customer service was amazing as well. They talk to you and make small talk but once I looked over, every nail artist was laughing with their customer and making them smile. The younger man at the desk was very sweet too. Also,while getting my nails done I was able to witness an older man,maybe owner?,painting the walls with beautiful murals of the smokies. Amazing talent. Wish I could rate more than 5 stars. My mom took me and my sister here today. This place has great customer service and they did a great job on our nails and feet so we took my nieces back afternoon one got her nails done one got her feet done and again they did a great job. Frist time my group with 12 people coming at the Vip Nails and Bar in Collier Dr at Sevierville, This is Beautiful Salon with 20 station of Pedicure chair with Human touch massage,We very happy and enjoy with full service of Manicure and Pedicure with full glass of Red wine and snach, the staff are very friendly and attentive, Don did my pedicure with gel polish .
