My daughter has visited T Nails many times and been very very happy. However, yesterday she went to have her nails done for prom. The "new" nail tech was assigned to her and he drilled 4 of her nails to the point that they bled. The polish was the completely wrong color and the wrong color undercoat was applied under the glitter from what she asked for. She described the experience as the worst nail experience of her life. Went in to get a full set as my others was starting to look rough. I normally go to Diva nails but they have been closed alot recently. (I assume for weather conditions or maybe personal issues) I was extremely uncomfortable at T nails. It was not at all a pleasant experience. The man was sorta rude and jerked me around quite a bit. He huffed and puffed the entire time. I asked for short nails and he over done it by filing my nails way too short and by that I mean the nail file was rubbing my fingertips. Although my nails look decent, I'm just not excited about the way I was treated or how short my nails are. I've had my nails done plenty of times and no one has ever drilled my nails as much as he did. I left with a simple "thank you" and left it at that but I will not be returning! Read Less

Havent had nails done in years due to unable to find a place that did them right. This place is awesome. Instead of removing my messed up nails from another location and leaving them off, I gave them a chance to take off and start over. Very impressed. Been going here for 8 years and this last time I was extremely disappointed. We did not have an appointment so we asked how long the wait would be. We were told 10 minutes. Ten minutes later we were taken back to the pedi thrones to soak while we waited. We sat there for 45 minutes!!! The water was cold and I waited even longer for them to start my pedicure. I had to wait until they were almost completely done with my friend's pedicure. It was ridiculous! Sad thing is that they do a decent pedicure! I just think had they been honest and turned us away or actually scheduled us for a later time we would have been happier. Read Less

First manicure was great. Second trip was not so good. My color is not as I wanted. My cuticles are dry and look like they were not touched. My ring finger nail is way too short. As I do natural nails, that can't be fixed. There is even polish on my cuticles. Very disappointed. Read Less

Celine is awesome and does such a great job! However, the one younger guy is rude as shit for no reason so I probably won't be back. I'm local and until I found T Nails I was driving to Blount County to get mine done. I've tried most all the ones in Pigeon Forge and Sevierville and they just can't compare to this folks.. I got my nails done here and will never ever be returning the acrylic is missing on a part of 3 different finger nails they pain job was awe ful and she cut my cuticles up bad! I will never have a good experience with a nail salon my bad luck but I was thinking people to know thanks for your time! Read Less

My mom & I have been coming here since I was little. I have always loved it, and their work. Here lately though, that has completely changed! I'm very disappointed in the service. There's no order on who is waited on first, they just jump around. Talking on the phone & eating while doing someone's nails, isn't acceptable. Zero effort is done anymore. Very sad to see this. Went in as a walk-in and got seated 7 minutes later. Nice! Had the best pedicure and manicure in a long time. I think Dan got 10 pounds of dead skin from my heals off and smoothed my feet to a baby's bottom. It's nice to have everything included in price, massage, scrub, etcetera. Are you looking for an immaculately clean, professional, nail salon? After getting a funky toenail, possibly from pedicures at another establishment, I became a little particular. T nails is super clean, and a bit more spa like. I feel very comfortable having my feet pampered here. They do nails great. However I have been injuried twice when getting a pedicure. I was burnt on the side of my foot with chemicals they put on the bottom of the foot. The last time I was there in June 2011, they scraped the back of my heal until it bled. I am still in pain. Read Less
