Cool nails employees really impressed me. As soon as we walked in Daniel met us at the door. He asked me and my three friends which Services we would like to receive. We chose manicures, pedicures and eyebrow waxing. Sandra came and got my first friend and took her for her eyebrow wax while Daniel set the other three of us at our Pedicure Chairs. First thing Daniel asked was if we would like a drink. He offered wine, white or red, Sodas, juice or water. Hi immediately started the first pedicure. Leigh came over shortly after and started my pedicure. Once the four of us were seated and trying to take a selfie that was not coming out very well, Daniel offered to take the picture for us. I am torn about this review because the manicure I had was decent. It wasn't the best, it wasn't the worst, it was fine for being on vacation and getting a fresh polish until I got home. I chose bright red as my color and they did the typical lazy application of polish which leaves a white gap all the way around your nail. They do this so they don't have to bother cleaning any extra polish from your fingers which would create an extra step. But all in all, the actual manicure was fine and the lady who I believe is named Sandy was very nice and polite. If you go to this nail place, please do stick to your nails. The lady who waxes eyebrows does not speak a word of English so whatever you ask her to do to your eyebrows will fall on deaf ears. Bottom line, she will leave your eyebrows looking like hers....which are hand drawn with a black pencil. I could feel her ripping away and ripping away at mine. When I looked in the mirror, I was so upset and disappointed. It's really unbelievable that the owners have someone doing such a detail oriented task and who cannot communicate with clients at all. Once 90% of my eyebrows had been waxed off my face, the owner came in and tried to fix it but how do you fix what's already removed. She did feel very bad and apologized and didn't charge me for the services rendered. Do yourself a favor, do not have these guys do anything else than a polish change. Read Less

Guy at front desk used my phone to "take a picture". He then reviewed his salon and commented good. My wife knew exactly what he was doing but didn't want to make a scene in front of our kids. He was very sneaky. He also asked for my wife's phone but she said no. The ladies did a wonderful job though! They were great! I love coming to Spazzi Nails! I always get great service. Val or Peter has been doing my nails with dip powder every 3 weeks for six months and I just LOVE the dip powder. They do very nice work and are really friendly. I also get a pedicure every 6 weeks and my toes done in between. I highly recommend Spazzi Nails. You can call for an appointment same day. I have been looking for a good nail salon in Homestead, mind you, I travel to Sevierville to my previous nail place, but it's just to far.I walked in and was taken care of by Peter...great techs and they did a wonderful job with my acrylics and pedicure. They work by the book I'm in the beauty industry as a cosmetologist so having my nails done in a place where things are done professionally is very refreshing. Spazzi nails Nails is my go-to mani/pedi spot. I live in GA so it's convenient for me to pop over. Here's what I love about it:- Even when they're busy, I've never made an appointment and I've never had to wait more than 1 minutes- Their nail techs are meticulous and they do a really great job- Their prices are fair, especially for the great service they offer- They have a ton of colors- It's clean and sanitaryHonestly, the biggest drawback is the parking. If you have to drive here, hopefully you'll luck out and grab a space in their small lot. If not, you might be able to park on Myrtle for free. Timing is everything!Honestly the best mani/pedi I've had in my life! My gel mani cherry got popped here and I couldn't be happier ;-) Plus, they served me wine- what more could you ask for!
