First of all, this is a small business that takes customer service seriously. That's rare nowadays! They really care about their customer's happiness and frequently have special offers to give back to them. I really love that. I haven't seen one special request that they haven't been able to accommodate yet. They are up to date on the newest trends and styles. A LOT of nail places around here treat their customer's like a revolving door of cattle, they just want to get people in and out as fast as possible, but not this place. I really love that. As far as prices, they are very competitive with others in the area. I love the fact that I don't have to sacrifice quality of service for a cheap price. Went in with Mr bridal party and my fiance. Not a very good experience. We called days in advance to make an apt so that they would be able to accommodate is but this was not the case. I repeatedly had to tell them my water for my pedicure was cold and then a lady started on my feet to stop in the middle of it to move on to someone else and then a gentleman came over to take care of me. I had to tell the new person three times what I wanted. Then while my fiance was getting his manicure done they sat one of my brisesbride next to him to only have her move 10 minutes later to another seat. They kept moving her around to get other costumers nails done who came in after her. I got a full set with gel polish and I was done before her and her pedicure ended before mine. Then my maid of honor just got her nails painted and the paint looked like my 3 year old daughter did it and we has to have them redo it. I got charged 45$ for a full set and gel polish while my bridesmaid got charged $40 just for gel nail polish. She also had wax left on her feet that took the nail polish off that night when she took a shower. I was highly disappointed. Not one person who came with us had a good experience. From moving from seat to seat to not getting the attention we deserved to overcharging some of us. My mom even asked if she could get a design on her nails and the person told her no that she should have told them that earlier.... All she wanted was a line under her tip color. Why would you not want more money? I was from out of state and am back home now and will need to get my nails fixed already. I came in with a wedding party. Called ahead for reservations but I guess it still overwhelmed them. Lady rushed through my manicure didn't even get what a usual manicure entails charged me $40 just because she painted my nails with gel nail polish which chipped in two days. The bride to be got full set with gel nail polish was only $45 so you know she charged too much for mine. Even still her nails had big bubbles in her nails where they were not sanded down correctly. The bride's mom's nails were coming up the very next day. Just a bad experience all around. Since we were only in town for the wedding there's not much I could do about the situation but just wanted to let the business know we were not happy at all. Sassy nails is the best in Tennessee I have tried both deeping powder have turned out great. The setting is very professional and there’s a great variety of options to choose from. They do absolutely beautiful nails. I have been to other shops and I'm so impressed with this one. The new dipping powder is awesome, it allows u to grow your own nails with an acrylic overlay in any color u could imagine whether u do just a colored tip or the whole nail in color. Place was unsanitary. The guy doing my nails made me uncomfortable thinking it would be funny to hit on me umm no thanks. The guy also didn’t have half the stuff needed to do my nails I got the dip done and he was trying to borrow what he needed from a girl that worked there. I've been going here for 3 yrs..I went there about 6 weeks ago I had damaged one of my nails my natural nail had broke partially under the acrylic...Peter glued the split and did not put any fungus polish on the nail before filling...I kept asking if it would be ok be "it should be ok"... needless to say the nail got a fungus which turned into an infection so I had to go to emergency clinic to have nail taken off and was put on strong antibiotic ...I went there and told him w...hat happened he told me Dr didn't know what he was talking about and then spoke with another coworker and was laughing!!! Needless to say one antibiotic wasn't enough I had to go back to my primary to get another dose of antiobiotic and ointment because the infection didn't clear up with one dose... I am now out 150.00 for doctors and prescriptions because of him... when he was doing my nails he was more interested in trying to get me to go out on a date with him then preparing my nail properly after the break...then he preceded to tell me he knows nails.... This is the worst nail salon I have ever been to. I made an appointment for 2 people they told be to come in 3 hours later, I also told them I wanted my toes and my nails done at the SAME time because I was in a time crunch. They said that was no problem. When we got there we picked out out color, which they only gave me a book with maybe 30 colors but there was ma y more options on the wall? Not sure about that. Then they start the pedicure, but not the nails. We had to ask 3 or 4 times if they were going to do OUR nails. They finally came over and did my friends but not mine. I sat there until he was done with what little he did of hers. Still no one came asked another 3 or 4 times and by the time my pedicure was over the "owner" came over to start. I told her no, I didn't want to do them I had to go. She walked away. I began to explain to the guy doing my pedicure that there was a reason why I needed them done at the SAME time like I had asked and that maybe they should have done mine instead of doing the other 10 people that walked in. He kept telling my shhhh over and over and be quiet like he didn't want everyone else to hear me be mad. He was also very rude the entire time. Very snippy and told me I could only hole one nail polish at a time so I didn't drip it in the water????? Crazy. He also didn't paint my toenails how I wanted them didn't even ask. But then I get up and they all harrass me to do my nails. I proceed to tell them they will get no more of my money because of their attitude and unprofessionalism. I paid and waited on my friend to get done all while the owner kept giving me nasty looks. They finished her nails but they looked awful they were not smooth at all had huge bumps in them. Based off the reviews people had left about her, I knew I was in good hands. She did not disappoint at all with my almond nails. I have been going to Sassys for 2 years now. I always have the owner do my nails because she's AMAZING and so friendly and ALWAYS does exactly what I ask for. I have had others do my nails as well because sometimes she's too busy, and they do AMAZING also. I'll never go anywhere else!! The best nail salon in town! Great service and a really thorough job. I came with my best friend and had such a relaxing and welcoming experience. We came in on a Monday afternoon and were seated right away after picking out colors. I highly recommend upgrading to the $40 pedicure to get the sugar scrub and mask. (Jasmine smelled divine!) My daughter, granddaughter and I stopped in for a pedicure while vacationing in the area. We went here based on the great Yelp reviews. This is a very busy salon but we were immediately greeted and escorted to the pedi chairs. The pedicure was great and the salon seems to run very efficiently.
