First, this place is not the cleanest. The chairs are torn, cob webs on the lights, dust everywhere even on the tables. Second, they charge for every little thing and don't tell you till after your done. Third, they did the worst job ever! My polish came out lumpy; I've been getting my nails done for over 20yrs and I've never had the entire acrylic nail come off and it happened to two nails after a little less then two wks after having them done at this salon. Absolutely awful!! I went to get my nails done with my friend and with my mother in law .. their nails were perfect!! I had my nails done for my wedding and after about the 5th time of them trying to figure out how to do my acrylics I left in tears I am so disappointed in this place and won’t return Read Less

As soon as I stepped into this place on 6/28/17 there was a STRONG unpleasant odor & it's not the normal 'nail' odor. Don did my acrylic fill. Absolutely TERRIBLE! My nails were filed unevenly & left crooked by him. I had to point these flaws out & ask for him to fix them & he still didn't make them even in the end after 'fixing' it. There were 2 nails that were separated from the acrylic & with the nails ready to break under their acrylic. I couldn't believe he did not take care of this without me bringing it to his attention. When I've had my nails done in the past w/this problem the manicurist ALWAYS takes care of it. I can't believe he left them that way! The next day they would have broke for sure! If you care about the work you're performing you do the job right. He said he'd have to remove the acrylic on the nails & put new acrylic on. I had to tell him to do it! He tried to tell me my set was old & I needed to replace all of them...clearly trying to get more money out of me. I just had an entire new set done a couple of months ago. If I hadn't had him take care of these 2 nails water would have gotten between the nails & acrylic & than I would end up w/nail fungus. I'm so appalled that this was the job he wanted me to leave with. His polish job was terrible & I didn't have any designs, just a solid color. The fill was not smoothed out as you can see the indentations where he didn't do an even job filing/smoothing the fill out. Absolutely horribly & extremely unprofessional. Do NOT go here. If I could give a negative star I would I have been waited 45 mins to get a pedi and I'm patiently waiting and this women walks in and the go and start her water and everything and they didn't ask where I was going or anything I stood up and sat my polish down and left I will never bring my business here again and the only reason I was coming her is cause I got a gift certificate I do not recommend them at all and they do not have a lot of choices of nail colors neither I will be taking my business back to t-nails in sevierville Read Less

Showed them a picture of the nail style i wanted and explained it exactly how I wanted. Don, the nail stylist helping me did not do what the picture showed after asking him to fix my nails and shaped all of them uneven and crooked, again asked if he could fix that and he got angry at me and told me i was wrong even though they are my nails and I am paying for them. Please don't go here. They have horrible service and my nails were atrocious! I asked for a design on my toes and instead of a design he just drew a sloppy fat line across the nail...making it look hideous. For my hands I had the gel done, he started it all wrong, tore up my skin,pulled my fingers- bruising them in the process. The gel was all over my fingers as well as the nail and the white line for the french manicure was crooked and had cotton stuck to it when he was done. I had to go to another salon to fix it. The management after seeing it didn't even offer a refund. The other customers in the store saw how badly they messed up my nails and agreed with me. Please AVOID at all costs! Read Less
