I was very satisfied at first then when I was at home and had better lighting , lighting at salon was dim , my daughter pointed out how thick and misshapen nails were. My right pointer nail was split and Nail bed in bad shape so I asked before having them done could it even be done and was told yes . The nail was coming off so I returned to salon and was told to come back when it did , which happened that night. I returned to salon and Nail was redone and after 2 days is lose and coming off. The color is terrible and they look scuffed . They already need to be filled in and are coming off , I won't be returning tho !! Read Less

I was highly displeased with my experience here. I used to get my nails done every two weeks at this location up until my last visit. I was sitting there getting a manicure with gel polish and a cockroach crawled right across the nail station where I was getting my nails done at. If I wasn't switching hands into the nail light, the cockroach would have crawled on me. If there's one cockroach, there's multiple. Needless to say, I will not be back. Sanitation is key. Especially since you are using tools on my skin. The nail tech was so confused on why I was freaked out and said "it will be okay. It's just a bug" a bug or not it was a cockroach that crawled across your nation station I was sitting at! Read Less

Just got my nails done there I had a very specific way I wanted my nails done. Picture and everything. Well I'm not happy with them at all. At first I thought I was just over analyzing them but when I showed them to my sister she asked why I didn't say anything. One of my nails was supposed to be navy he decided to do black. Then I kept getting passed around to different people which made me feel very unwelcome. Then by the time I went to go get the design the woman doing it seemed more focused on the lady next to me and quickly did my design then didn't even finish she had another girl finish and when she put the clear coat on she smeared some of the design making it look worse then told me stick my hands in front of the fan and got on her personal cell phone ignoring me the rest of the time. When I finally admitted to myself my nails look like a child did it I called and asked for a refund. She offered me a $5 refund and a new design but why should I trust them a second time. When I told her I'd much rather another salon fix it she became very rude telling me that she wasn't going to do anything. Then hung up on me. I would like to say that I have been a customer at Pro Nails for the last 5 years and been a client of Phoniex for the last 9 years. She has always to exeptional work on my nails. I have had many great comments on my nails every tiime she does them. I have her do my nails every month. Her place of business is very professional in saloon decore and personal atmosphere. She handles everyone with professional respect. If you have any problem she handles it right away. I have never been unsatified with her work.
