I went in today no line great! But the matter of fact that me and my friend go and her fill in was $18 and mine was $23 kinda pisses me off I didn't get a design or anything. He says sit here for minute to let your nails dry ( there is no drying station!) so I think they are dry. But was I wrong I've been gone for a hour and my nails are still messing up! Was there today.. the lady was so rude. I got a full set and asked for my nails to be short well they aren’t. I asked her numerous times to make them shorter and she wanted to argue with me.. then when she was filling them in it looked like I hadn’t had them filled I at all. I came in and waited 35 minutes and a guy named Cleo finally came and did my nails and then asked why he was doing my nails..then started to argue with the woman in front of me which was really awkward..then tried to make me pay before he even did my nails and I was like um no..you do the service then I will pay. He didn't like that so then he quickly painted my nails and I had to tell him to put a top coat on..then I asked for a manager and they said he wasn't there right now..really?! I came here for an organic manicure and pedicure last Friday. The thing is, I made an appointment for Thursday by stopping into the salon with the owner, Would I return here? Probably not. They're pretty expensive and other salons do a much better job for much cheaper. I'm always interested in trying something new. Definitely NOT a good experience. I normally do the dipped nail at the nail spa in sevierville and I will from here on out. I spent about $15 more to get terrible service. The girl was doing the dipped nail all wrong- my nails look way higher than a natural look, uneven and she cut my finger. Two of the girls literally got into a fight while doing my nails and one threw a pen. Yes, please go to Hayley at the nail spa instead. Completely wasted my time. I walked in and asked how long will it take to see a master, they had just one I believe. The lady told me 15 mins. The salon is very fresh painted and remodeled. I was ready to wait considering that's my only day off through out a week. 20 mins later I approached the same lady who seems like an owner she said honey I didn't check with nobody it might take longer, which it already been 20 mins. I went no more than a week ago my nails are already starting to come off and they hurt underneath them. They painted my daughter's nail and she went to bed or up next morning and all her nail polish was gone. It feel off overnight. This should not happen polish should stay on for few days. I have gone before to get a pedicure which was great. I went yesterday and we got there at like 6:10 they close at 7:30 so plenty of time. Well I was getting a full set and bc I want them rounded she said it was $7 more after we had already made them that shape.... ok fine. What really upset me was when she was painting my nails it was 7:30 and the were turning off lights and rushing me to pay. The kicker was they wouldn't let me wait for my nails to dry as and as soon as she was done painting my nails they wouldn't let me sit there to dry them. They rushed me out and told me that they needed to go because they had a 40 minute drive home. I work in a salon and sometimes you go over and you don't rush your clients. I had gone in twice before but this time I had my 20% off coupon from the promotion and when I went to pay, the lady ripped it up in my face and said they stopped accepting them, on June 12th I believe was the date. When you give coupons that don't have an expiration date, you should honor the ones that come in! Was sitting in the parking lot looking through her window today and called to inquire how long the wait was and I watched her pick the phone up twice and hang up on me because she couldn't be bothered to answer. Apparently they were closing at 3. Very poor customer service. 2:55 is not 3, you answer the phone and you explain to your customer that you're closing early. Guess they'll have to find a way to pay for their fancy Mercedes without my money.
