I was there for a pedicure. The man doing my pedicure never said a single word to me the entire time. I don't even know if he knew English. There was a lady doing a pedicure for someone else right next to me. She knew English but spoke to my guy in a different language. He did a pretty good job on my toes but the experience was uncomfortable. The water was a little colder than I would have wanted but I was afraid he wouldn't know what I was talking about if I brought it up. At the end, I think he said something like, "OK" and smiled. And his co-worker next to us said, just let it dry. I didn't know how long to sit there so I waited about 5 minutes and then got up and went and paid. I will not be returning. Read Less

I have been to every nail salon in sevierville then 7 years ago I met Phoenix and Henry and it's is so nice to go to a salon that isn't just trying to make money doing a bad job or not filling all the way So you have to go back in a week when Henry or Phoenix do my nails i can go three weeks without having them filled without one popping off. Im a little late posting but I just wanted to take a moment to say that Phoenix as Henry are amazing. Always have been. I see them about every two weeks or so. Each time I walk in, they hey how's your mom? (She moved to Daytona and seen them just as much as me). Always friendly. Always clean. Always professional. I have had nothing but the best results every single time im there. Last time was eye brows and a fill in with color done. Love coming here. Its like a spa day lol. Phoenix is five star pro at nails and eyes and Henry is five star too. They are family. My sister and mom love them as well. We all three got man/pedi before mom left and everything was perfect.
