Me and my sister came to get her nails fixed bc they had broke due to them first off not catching they were about to break and still did a terrible job and made her pay. That was Sunday. We came back today and the lady continued to tell me and my sister it was our fault the nails were messed up. Then continued to take the nails off including her ACTUAL nail making her bleed taking a hole out of her nail tells us it’s okay, put the nail clippers on the blood from her nail then WITHOUT CLEANING THEM puts them back in the container to be used on someone else. We decided to take a picture of the bleeding nail and they told us to leave and take our business else where and made us pay for the plastic nail the put on ONE finger. They are rude, disrespectful, dirty, and harmful to your nails. Do NOT go there

Had one nail that needed fixing and i wanted a new color...he glued it and repainted my nails cost me $25! He said $5 dollar for taking gel paint off and $20 for the new gel color! He didn't even fix my broken lifted nail the correct way! I will never recommend this place to anyone that I know. Used to be a great place to go to before the new owners took over!

I used to like Diva Nails. I went in today, Tuesday, 10/24/17 and got acrylic french nails with tips and a pedicure. Never asked what kind of pedicure I wanted and the french tips were horrendous. He cut my cuticle and hurt me. Never apologized but decided being I let out an OOOh! two times due to pain, he would not bother to trim the nails down and file them on the sides. I have the fattest unattractive nails I have ever received. The man never gave eye contact. He was slender with glasses. I am so disappointed. I have had my nails done for years and never been treated like this. There were no customers much in the store. Now I know why. Diva...there is a lot of competition out there. What is going on with you? Never again!!

I was just about to give up on any good nail salons in the sevierville area after trying 6 in one year. The places I have been to cater to tourists and don't seem to care about building a long relationship with locals. The last place took appt reservations but then let walk ins come before people with appts. I decided to try Diva and made an appt. They were ready on time for my appt. and Steven did one of the best manicures and pedicure I have had in the sevierville area. Did my callouses and cuticles great and the polish was applied all the way around nail and not all over cuticle or with a space next to the cuticle. The price is a bit higher than other places but I feel like I got what I paid for and will be back

Went in Saturday for just a pedicure. I have been there several times before and quite honestly there were not enough people working to accommodate the number of customers. This being the height of the summer its very frustrating to make an appointment and realize their mantality is first come first served. Something changed. The salon had a makeover. Maybe new owners. Maybe husband and wife. But my pedicure was very pleasant and only one complaint. Nail polish for pedicures not gel not powder regular polish bad choices old polish. If I bring my own I'm not going to be happy paying full price for a pedicure which is exactly what will happen.

I started going to Diva Nail Spa a few weeks ago. I like the atmosphere and that there's never a long wait. They always do a great job. But I was really disappointed today. I've paid $20 for each fill in and I'm happy with that price. But today I had one nail that broke, I was charged $5 for one nail. I think that's way over priced. $20 for ten nails and $5 for one nail, too much.

I used to like this place, went for a color change on my nails and the guy kept hitting me with the drill( I had gel polish). I told him that hitting me with the drill, and he continued to do it. He stopped what he was doing to check his phone, and right before he was done with my nails he pulled out his phone and head phones. He did not check on me while I was under the dryers. The unprofessionalism i could handle. The fact that he hit every finger with the drill and made me bleed I can not. I will never go back again.

This location is really close to the Oak Haven resort that I was staying at. My aunt and I wanted to get our toes done since we were on vacation. We pulled up and walked inside. The salon was clean. The nail techs were not very friendly and didn't talk to us at all. I do not believe they spoke very good English but they also didn't smile much. They did a good job on my toes. I only got the regular pedicure for $25, which is pretty comparable with other salons. I usually get a design on my toes but the nail techs did not inspire but confidence, so I passed. When they used the cheese grater on my feet, she showed me all the dead skin that had come off. I have never had this happen before! I really do not care to see all that came off my feet. Yuck!

I will never return to your shop, my husband and I came in to get pedicures and manicure for him and nails for me for our trip to Disney for our son to dance, and your staff messed that up, took him for pedicure while I waited for 55mins, then did his nails and finally started on mine, then took 2 people for pedicures and 1 or nails, while I sat at a pedicure chair with no service not only that the lady knew we had been there for over 2hrs and knew we had to be somewhere, and when I sat I had to go you finally want to help me, no thanks, poor service never again. Now I have to go to fla without a pedicure and you messed up my valentines gift and our day together.

This location is really close to the Oak Haven resort that I was staying at. My aunt and I wanted to get our toes done since we were on vacation. We pulled up and walked inside. The salon was clean. The nail techs were not very friendly and didn't talk to us at all. I do not believe they spoke very good English but they also didn't smile much. They did a good job on my toes. I only got the regular pedicure for $25, which is pretty comparable with other salons. I usually get a design on my toes but the nail techs did not inspire but confidence, so I passed. When they used the cheese grater on my feet, she showed me all the dead skin that had come off. I have never had this happen before! I really do not care to see all that came off my feet. Yuck!

This is the best place to get pampered. They have always done a great job. I have never left unhappy. I recommend this place to everyone!!!

I find truly amazing .service very good (for free drink) they make very beautiful nail. and a great pedicure.salons of hygiene and cleanliness. . I love it . i will be back.

I will never return to your shop, my husband and I came in to get pedicures and manicure for him and nails for me for our trip to Disney for our son to dance, and your staff messed that up, took him for pedicure while I waited for 55mins, then did his nails and finally started on mine, then took 2 people for pedicures and 1 or nails, while I sat at a pedicure chair with no service not only that the lady knew we had been there for over 2hrs and knew we had to be somewhere, and when I sat I had to go you finally want to help me, no thanks, poor service never again. Now I have to go to fla without a pedicure and you messed up my valentines gift and our day together.
