We got a couples massage as a gift for Christmas. However, we will not be able to use it. They have plenty of non Groupon openings available but are only scheduling a max of three groupon appointments a day. So we will be gone when the next Groupon opening is available. What a lovely experience! I have been to many spas over the years all around the country and this one ranks right at the top! Friendly, caring and soothing is what this massage was all about. It really helped my tense and knotted shoulder...still good 5 days later. Lovely lady! My husband and I really loved the service and the atmosphere. I found this place thru Groupon and after reading a few reviews I decided to buy myself the Groupon and booked my massage. Getting to the spa was a little tricky, don't go to the first driveway but go to the second one. I walked up to the door and knocked and about 5 minutes later a lady came to the door. Her name was Lucinda and she was my massage therapist. She was VERY friendly and made me feel very welcome. The spa itself was a former home turned into a spa and had a very homey feel. I went upstairs for my massage and the room was warm, and welcoming. Lucinda did a great job and I got the mountain mist with the hot stones, aroma scent of my choice and warm towels. The massage itself was perfect and I am contemplating whether or not to book myself another one before my vacation is over!! My husband and I got a couples massage. This was only the second time for him to ever get a massage & 4th or 5th ever for me. They were exceptional in making us feel comfortable, relaxed, all around pleasant experience for both of us. The most wonderful massage ever! My first experience in September, 2014 was excellent. However, during my appt (May, 2015) I found it unprofessional that my nail tech spent most of the time of her cell phone. I am paying for a service & expected her to be focused on me, not chatting on her phone. Additionally, I was quoted one price but charged another at check out. However, the owner did correct that once I spoke up about that. I also had requested a female massage therapist, but upon arrival my appt was with a male. The massage was fine, I'm just annoyed that my request was not honored. Bottom line: the person doing the schedule needs to be more attentive & the nail techs need to focus on their clients. My friend and I went to the spa during a bachelorette weekend.  We each had an aromatherapy massage and a mani/pedi.  The massage was so RELAXING! I fell asleep shortly into the massage and loved every minute of it.  We each got to choose the aromatherapy scent for the massages.  Heather took amazing care of both of us on our mani-pedis and paid special attention to any problem areas we had.  She took time to help pick out polish colors that went well with our skin tones and she was fun to visit with and even gave us pointers on local places to eat.  Will definitely make an appointment next time I'm in town and would highly recommend their services.
