I will always come back to get my nails done here! Nancy is the woman that did mine today and she did an amazing job. I have the bad habit of biting my nails and even as short and horrible as they looked she had the skills to put acrylics on them and they now look phenominal! She talked to me the whole time I was there too and to me that alone is some good customer service. Unlike any other place you go and you feel like they are talking about you in their language. The only reason this place even got 1 star is cause I had to so I could write a review on the HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE that me and my mother had there today. First off the only 2 employees working there were not friendly by any means and are very slow at their job. We waited for over an hour and asked if we had time to run down to get something to eat and back and was told yes that there was 1 ahead of us and we would not lose our spot. When we returned to get ours done they had taken someone in front of my mother that came in 30 minutes after we got there and was still working on the one ladies hands. Been to their business before they moved and same still rudeness and will never darken their businesses doors again. And will get the word out about how terribly this business is. I don't make comments but this was 3 hours of our time wasted on nonsense people and their business.
