My daughter and I love this place! Everyone is friendly. It is very clean. They have a wide assortment of colors. The price list is hanging on the wall. It is clearly visible. The prices are reasonable. The polishes are not watered down. They use top quality brand name products. They are very gentle with your nails. The atmosphere is nice and relaxing. The massage chairs look new and feel wonderful. You can't go wrong with Dynasty Spa Nails!

Nails are uneven, price went up $5 and made appt for 7, did not leave til 830! Quality has gone way down and I used to love this place. Safe to say I won't be back. Friendly staff, poor quality.

Loved the people after my wife convinced me to go. The manicures are good and the pedicures are great. Would give it 6 stars if they had a beer menu.

I went here to get a manicure and a pedicure. The guy did a great job on my feet. I was a little disappointed with my hands. But it was not a bad job. The prices are pretty typical. They always take walk ins. They are super kind, and very professional.

I took an elderly friend for a manicure here.The gentleman who did her service verbally abused her& pushed hard on her hands.I informed the owner of what was happening and we got up to leave.The atten...
I took an elderly friend for a manicure here.The gentleman who did her service verbally abused her& pushed hard on her hands.I informed the owner of what was happening and we got up to leave.The attendant proceeded to yell& follow myself& 90 yr old lady out of salon.Terrible,horrid, experience!!Oh and I paid for her service since it was almost complete,I just didn't tip! Got us right in. My lady did great. Took great detail in my pedicure. Was not chatty, which I enjoy. I like being able to shut my eyes and relax. She did a great job and I'm very happy with my experience. It wasn't the best place I've ever been but the value for the service was well worth it.

I've been to Dynasty many times since I moved to the Knoxville area 8 years ago. It's the only place I'll go in the area because their quality and friendliness.

Dung (pronounced Yung), aka Selena, did awesome. She was so friendly and never stopped working while we chatted. Loved their selection of colours too. She also fixed any side nail i wanted painted. Ha...

Forgot to mention that when i went in, the smell of chemicals was so strong i could not breath well until after 15minutes. Recommend getting more ventilation in there.
