I went to T Nails with my 2 daughters while we were on vacation. My daughters had pedicures and I had a fill done. I ended up doing a french polish and a day later after really looking at my nails I see that my nails have a yellow tinge to them. They didn't have this before. This was my first fill after just getting my nails as well. After doing some reading, it says that it is due to either having moisture stuck under the nail or improper storage of their acrylics. Everyone was really nice there, and I am sure they are really busy. It is just really frustrating now that I have to get my nails fixed again in Chicago. Also I was trying to figure out why every time my nail tech was checking out a client at the cash register, why he would take money from the register and put it in his pocket. I didn't know how to bring it up at the time to someone, but it really did make me uncomfortable because he did it on several occasions. It wasn't just a $5 bill either. It was like a $20 bill or more. I thought maybe he was the owner or something, even though he was young, but you never know, but why put the money in your jean pocket so slyly? Read Less

I'm extremely satisfied with my visit today. I've been to every salon in the area and I'm extremely picky but for once I am pleased. This place was clean and relaxing, the employees were very nice, the guy that did my pedicure did a great job he took his time and paid close attention to details. I am glad I finally found a salon that I will be happy to come back to. Also their prices are very reasonable. I just got a basic pedicure and it was $25 and it felt great and looks perfect. Absolutely the WORST nail salon ever. Went to have my nails done yesterday. It was seated at a younger ladies station and she began cutting the nails off including my natural nails. I noticed how close to my skin she was getting and I asked her to please not cut my nails any shorter. Told her how I was cut at another nail salon. She asked if I would like to soak my nails or have her pop them off. I asked for them to be soaked off please. I was directed to the next station to ...have a seat and soak my nails. She then began to work on another clients nails while mine were soaking. Eventually another nail tech an older man directed me to move to his station. He began doing my nails as I told him I would like the French Tips with white powder. He didn't do what I requested and in the process cut my finger while using the electric file. My finger was bleeding and was quite painful. He never once apologized or offered any ointment for my finger. I stated I needed to use the ladies room and wanted me to wait until he buffed all my nails and then go. Unfortunately, my bladder doesn't operate that way, when I need to go I can't wait. I went back to his station and he continued to buff my nails and I showed him a pic of what I was wanting done. When he finished it looked nothing like what I asked for. A younger man came over and said he would redo them. I once again moved to his station. I could feel the tension in the air and it wasn't a pleasant experience with him either. Upon paying it was $50 even after giving him a card for 25% off. I believe I was more than deserving of a bigger discount for the lack of unprofessionalism and me being cut without anyone saying anything even as I expressed it hurt. Not to mention the additional time I had to spend sitting there waiting for them to correct their mistake. I would of given Zero Stars if I was able to..definitely not worth even one star. T Nails was a FANTASTIC find and very inexpensive compared to places back home! When we arrived they were extremely busy, but got my husband and I back right away for pedicures. As soon as I was done with my pedicure they were ready to do my nail dipping powder manicure. This was my nail techs first time doing this and he did a FABULOUS job!!Everyone was so friendly and my toes and finger nails look GREAT! This is by far the best salon I have ever went to and I have went to most of the salons in sevierville and surrounding counties this place is seriously top-notch very clean extremely friendly and they know exactly what they’re doing. They offer parrafin and sugar scrubs which is what I love to get when I'm back home. However, I paid $75 for a gem manicure and the pedicure with the works and my nails and toes don't really look good. I received fast service but basically had everything chosen for me. During my manicure, instead of asking how I wanted my nails filed, the lady told me that she does square for me. When asked what color I wanted for my pedicure, I said "pink". I figured she would ask me to go choose one. Instead, she brings back 2 choices of the wrong shade of pink for me. Also, I was called "baby" the whole time. Some people may enjoy terms of endearment. However, I feel as if they are condescending. I feel like the price was about average. The lady was very nice. I don't think she meant to sound like she was talking down to me. I would have just preferred to have more say in my own color and shape choices instead of being told what I will get. Read Less

I was in town for a retreat with my hubby and didn't have time to get my mani/pedi before leaving home.  I checked several places on yelp before deciding on this one, simply because it was closest to where we ate lunch and I wasn't overly impressed by the reviews or pics I came across.  Glad I chose T Nails and for several reasons: the place is clean; even though it was late afternoon Friday there wasn't really a wait; cost of the mani/pedi was reasonable; Dimple (her real name!) has an awesome personality; the pedi she did still looks great, as it's easier to keep, but almost two weeks later, the mani is still hanging in there (which never happens to me with a toddler to care for)!  I recommended this shop to others while in town and now have a place I feel comfortable returning to on our next visit.  The only thing was the strong acetone smell in the front upon arrival, but that's not surprising for a nail salon.......I was fine once I got to the pedi chair in the back.  Wish I could've taken pics but my phone cam sucks. Pigeon Forge Local- Came in for a pedicure at 8 months pregnant since I couldn't reach my toes any longer. I didn't have an appointment but they got me right in. I brought a photo of the paint job I wanted, just some simple designs really only I wanted a different color scheme. They didn't seem to understand the color change and vetoed my choices when I picked them from their polish collection, which was plentiful. The place was clean, staff was nice enough, they charged me $5 more than the advertised price which was kind of a bummer because the "massage" portion of the pedicure was skipped due to the advanced stage of my pregnancy.
