Soooo...I went in yesterday for a mani/pedi and while the salon is definitely BEAUTIFUL and all of the staff are very friendly, the lady who did my pedi dug so hard into the side of my big toe (twice, same toe!) that she cut into it & she was very rough with my feet my toe is super sore today! The polish is beautiful though and my mani was good. The main reason I get pedicures is because it feels good and I enjoy being pampered...this time I didn't enjoy it at all. Read Less

I go every 2 weeks to get my nails filled in, and I absolutely love it here. I come in on my lunch break, and I love when Tiffany does my nails for this reason. She is quick yet still resulting in satisfactory nails. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars is because I've had an older gentleman with a ball cap on 2 different occasions who makes my nails look crazy as well as hitting my skin with the drill several times. There is polish on my nails up above my cuticle on o...ne hand and the other looks like I'm almost due for a fill in before I even leave. The first time, I figured maybe he was new or in a hurry or even nervous (he seemed nervous both times, and I'm unsure why). Well, I had him a second time 2 weeks ago and wasn't too excited about it, but Tiffany wasn't there. He seemed nervous yet again, and my nails were the same as the first time. I can't remember the lady's name that runs the place, but she got me after the first time, and asked me who had done my nails upon seeing them. I told her. I don't like to be ugly so I don't say anything, but it is a little frustrating when I give money regularly and tip at least 20% every single time and then get inconsistent results only with the one person. That being said, I will definitely be back. They are very friendly and clean. I've had almost everyone in there do my nails, and I don't have any other complaints. I was looking for a new place to go cause my go to was bought out by new owners and i wasnt thrilled with the service. So i stopped by the Nail Bar for a pedicure and to get my brows waxed. Employees were super friendly (they had around 8 employee working, while alot of others in the area only have 2 or 3) , they were able to fit me in right away even though they were busy. Pedicure was probably the best that i've had in the area. They have enough employees, tables and chairs for bigger groups to do group manis or pedis so they would be perfect for wedding or school functions. Very impressed with the cleanliness, the complimentary wine, and the staff. Lam was very attentive and thorough. I had the jelly pedicure and gel manicure. Both were fantastic. Absolutely wonderful! Don’t be quick to mix this up with the Noire Nail Bar in Sevierville!! This one is definitely different and most definitely the better of the two. We came in during a busy time and they let us sit in the massage chairs and proceeded to serve us wine during our wait. Once the pedicures began, it was clear it was most certainly worth the wait!! Visiting from out of town and needed a pink and white fill. I’m very particular about who does my nails but I needed a fill very badly. Only waited 5 minutes and the owner did my fill. I took my best friend here to get a mani and pedi before her wedding. They got us right in as soon as we came in through the doors even though they were busy. They took their time and did not rush us and made sure we got what we wanted. Very friendly staff very nice faculty! would highly recommend to anyone! Mom and that i visited get pedicures here for the primary time. we have a tendency to area unit locals and are to several salons within the space and each agree that this salon is that the better of the best! The place was terribly clean moreover because the tools that were used. Nicest place in town by far! Pigeon Forge has needed a place like this. The decor is upscale and comfortable. The pedi-chairs are clean and hygienic. All tools came out of an autoclave package or were disposable. Techs were skilled and polite, color selection was great. Came here for a mani shortly after works. They were fairly busy for a Friday afternoon and still squeezed me in without an appointment- set me up in a chair to soak a little longer. My to go nail salon! They are always friendly and polite. When you walk in they greet you a smile and will ask if you want something to drink(water, wine, soda). I got a gel manicure and jelly sport spa and hot stones pedicure and he was amazing! He took his time and made sure I was comfortable and relaxed.
