They are wonderful. Have the most recent nail trends available way before all the other places. The powder she uses lasts weeks(even for us girls with resistant nail beds that have a hard time keeping them on.) Plenty of staff always available, no waiting. Sorriest nail job ever. Glue everywhere, no coverage on sided of my nails just down the middle. Picked my color then she changed it. Husband got a pedicure and guy was so scared to do it he was shaking. Had to cut his toe nails myself when we got back to Resort. Big waste of money!! No other customers but got a rush job. I was lucky enough to walk in when they were not too busy. I was acknowledged right away and was very satisfied with the out come. I came in for the deluxe pedicure and it was worth every penny. My feet had been deprived and were in horrible shape but when I left I felt relaxed and was very pleased with the way things looked. I went in for a full set of acrylic nails and left very satisfied but 3 days later one fell off and a different one got infected it was not the highlight of my vacation experience. It was defiantly not pleasant having it done ether the lady kept complaining and it wasn't even a Monday. Read Less

Since moving to the area, I needed to find a new nail salon, and I'm really glad I found this one. They do a great job on my nails and are really friendly. I am very pleased with my results every time. I highly recommend BT nails because they take time to do a good job and do not rush you through just to get to the next customer. I love A and B nails, I have had acrylic nails since I was age 14 , over the years I have used different places and the customer service was awful, I did a search for nail places and this nail place came up, not happy with my current place, I went and got my nails done from Ali and Brad wow what service , amazing , wonderful and I love the products they use. Each time I go in they treat you like family also, call you by name and ask about the family . My husband and son also use the salon for pedicures which are amazing also. They were sweet to me..... while the employees sniped at each other they swapped people on me while doing my nails and they still didn't come out great they were ok but the paint job is uneven and my acrylics are thick and the corners are sharp. I would have asked to have it fixed but I was annoyed and really didn't want to listen to them snipe at each other. Read Less

My mom and I went in for manicures and pedicures. We did not have an appointment, but we were seated immediately. The salon was clean and the staff was very friendly. We got spa pedicures which included a soak in the chair, pumice stone, trim, shape, leg/foot massage and color. We were allowed to go to the wall and pick the color we wanted and the shape we wanted our nails filed. We got basic manicures which included shaping, cuticle soak/trim, massage and color. The pedicure was $26 and the manicure was $15. Such a great price! The quality was excellent and very relaxing. We highly recommend them and will go back on our next trip to town. Read Less

Worst experience ever! BEWARE! Being a tourist to Pigeon Forge, I did not know that I was dealing with a disreputable company. I had my eyebrows waxed. When done, my eyebrows were unequal in length, and there was a divot taken out of the already shorter one! Then, I suffered the most painful pedicure that I ever had. They did not know how to use gel polish so the whole ordeal took 2 hours for a pedicure and waxing. I did not notice the eyebrow difference until I got into my car and saw it in the sunlight. I cried. The owner at first denied that anything was wrong with the eyebrows. Only after another employee confirmed that they were uneven, she then offered to "fix them". If there wasn't anything wrong, how was she going to fix them?!? I was not going to risk losing my whole remaining brow. I went and had it fixed as best as possible at a lovely salon down the road. I was charged $63 dollars for the worst pedicure/waxing of my life. I was issued a $10 refund for the brows. You've been warned. They're no less expensive than the competitors and WAY worse service wise. Do yourself a favor and choose anywhere else in Pigeon Forge! Read Less
