Very poor customer service. Some of the staff members are rude. I signed in, told i was next but apparently they go by complexion because i was ignored and overlooked. The staff was very rude and impersonal. One lady in particular was so rude. I got a manicure and she started paintng my nails before filing them. So I told her I like my nails to be filed in a square shape. And she barely used the file. When I asked her again to make nails straight she gave ME the file and had ME file my own nail. Never have I ever been given a file for myself to use at a nail salon. So unprofessional. Never going back there ever again. Not worth it. Read Less

I visited this nail salon because I needed a Sunday appointment and it was close. The reviews were pretty good, but I won't be back unless I am desperate. I had a pedicure and a nail fill, neither of which are worth half of what I paid. Very disappointed. Read Less

Wife said she waited almost 2 hours before they told her they don't have any non-latex gloves to use with her (latex allergy). She didn't ask beforehand because it's pretty much assumed even the worst nail and spa places have non-latex gloves available. I got there at 11:45 this morning for a pedicure. At that time there was only one person before me. I waited 20 minutes before she took me back to the chair. I waited 10 minutes before they put water in for the pedicure. I sat there for another 20 minutes with my feet in the water while I watched the person who was suppose to do my pedicure go to the back for 10 minutes than come out & clean up chairs that no one was using for 10 minutes. At that point I dried my feet off & left. We just moved here. I was looking for a place for pedicures & manicures. I would not recommend this place to anyone because the customer service is terrible. I came to this salon after a bad experience with another salon's lack of customer service. The people there were very kind, and the nail tech (I wish I'd gotten his name) did a fantastic job on my nails! Now I can go to my interview looking nice. Also, the salon was very clean and well put together. I enjoyed the atmosphere, despite being a bit of an introvert. The price was reasonable, and I would gladly come back again. Worst pedicure I've ever gotten - cut my toe nails extremely short and made the nail round instead of square. One of my toes is only partially painted. I got a manicure by a different tech that is not bad, but doesn't make up for the poor pedicure. I won't be going back. Read Less

I went to this salon to have my toenails touched up and I brought my daughter to get her toenails painted for the first time for her birthday. My daughter was waiting patiently while the guy painted my toenails holding onto her polish she had picked out proudly. A woman came by, jerked the polish out of her hand, and told my other daughter she better be careful holding the polish (she was sitting in my lap). Another customer looked at me in total shock. My daughters were so well-behaved the entire time and she kept looking at us rudely, making us feel very unwelcome. I didn't say anything while I was in the store, but called back when I left, where I was told there was nothing they could do about the way I was treated except tell her. Loved this salon! It is clean and doesn't smell like chemicals. They were on time for my appointment despite being busy for a Monday morning. Both my manicure and my pedicure seemed like it was a deluxe but the price was so reasonable and competitive. They even offered drinks and wine. I will be going back every time. Read Less
