1st impression is everything! Customer service was horrible! No one said hello upon me entering the store. The nail techs were rude(both the man and the little older lady) , and my nails looked like a 2nd grader did them. A Caucasian woman came in and was treated completely different!! They greated her and had a full conversation with her while doing her nails. First and last time going!!! The only reason I stayed was because I needed them done and they were the only one open on a Sunday. Read Less

The worst experience ive ever had at a nail salon, not only did we wait for a long time, but the serive was horrible. My sister was getting her set put on after me, and the lady stopped doing her nails for 30 minutes to talk to someone. My nails have only been on for 3 days and 4 of them have fallen of, 2 are chipped and one is peeling. I will never be back here. Read Less

If there was a "zero" I would check it! They have bad attitudes and want to argue with people. They are pushy and cut you off when you try to speak. The only reason I kept going to them was because of convenience. I will not be back after today! The one lady named Lily is good. Diane is very rude! sisters and i came here for gel manicures, and it was just okay. here's the deal: we waited for 60+ minutes without an update about time or anything- honestly probably would not have stayed if we knew the wait was so long. when we got our nails done, none of us got the colors we had chosen. my difference was pretty funny- from a "bubblegum pink" nail sample request, i ended up with a deep apple red on my fingers. otherwise, our nails were painted just fine, and they offered us a drink while we waited.i honestly would not go back here. two weeks later sisters and i went to the nails 'n wax on apison pike, and had an amazing experience. regal nails is only $5ish cheaper, and the service is significantly lower. This is the only nail salon I trust to get manicure, pedicure and wax my eyebrows. I've been going there for about 8 years and I love this place. You wouldn't expect such a great place inside a Wal Mart but I seriously wait until I come to TN for my beauty regime. I've always gone to Di for my mani and I tried gel nail polish for the first time yesterday. So far, I love it.  You have to put your nails under UV lighting between each coats. Then she wipes it with alcohol afterwards. The best part is, you are able to do whatever you want afterwards. I ALWAYS mess up my nails afterwards. It doesn't matter if someone else paints my nails or if I paint my nails, no matter how careful I am, I always mess up my nails. This was awesome. I'm sure there are downsides I haven't seen yet but so far so good.  I've just started getting my brows done for the past few years by Di.  I hate getting my brows done by anyone else.  I have very sparse brows and people tend to mess them up. This is the best nail salon in the area.  My mani shines like glass - even 3 wks later!  They have acrylics, gel, and conventional manicures.   Custom art for manis and pedis, too.  Hot-stone massage included with pedi.  They do take reservations, which is nice.   They take cash, credit cards, and checks. Opened in 2007 Regal Nails is inside Walmart. Now, because it is inside the temperature is always pleasant because not only is it inside but they always have the air condition  on in the summer and the heat on in the winter. So, you don't have to wear your coat sort to speak. I'm reviewing this business on behalf of my friend. She has always had great service in here. They speak to me about half the time while I wait. Now, there is a communication problem at times as they have an accent. Otherwise, come as they are reasonable than most. Read Less

the lady nail tech was so mean to me. She pound a bottle of nail polish on the table as hard as she could. What if that glass hit my eyes or my face. She was so rude to me all the time and i dont know what is her problem. I will never come back in there if they will treat me like that or disrespect customers. Read Less
