I would I would have read the reviews before! I would not have went. It was HORRIBLE service. Not friendly and they don’t even take debit cards. It’s cash only so they have an ATM that charges a fee for you to get cash. It’s dirty and not very sanitary at all. I’ve gotten my nails done at several places over the years and this was by far the worst. It’s supposed to be a relaxing experience not a stressful. Take your money else where. The rudest lady when we came in and it did not get better every time she or opened her mouth. Don't know if she was the owner. The gal that did my nails was good and the guy that gave my husband his pedicure . But u fortunately 2 less people to ever come back as she made it quite clear you better have an appointment. Well, I wish I could leave a good review, but I can't because the customer service here was abominable. I called at around 4:30 to ask about a french pedicure's pricing and let them know I would be coming in that day. The lady on the phone didn't sound too interested in me coming in the first place, but I really needed my nails done for a job interview the next day, so I brushed it off. When I came in, there was a man there doing a lady's nails. I wasn't sure who was a tech or not, but he was the only one working. In a not so pleasant tone, he asked me if he could help me, and I let him know I was the one who called about the french pedicure. He wasn't very friendly, just said he had an appointment at 6 and I would have to wait. I wish the person who was on the phone would have told me that when I said I was coming, especially since I had to drive quite a distance to get there. Needless to say, I wasn't happy with how I was treated or about the lack of customer service, so I left and went to a little place down the street. They had the same issue, but they were much kinder and acted like they wanted my business so they got it, and many more pedicures to come too. This place? I decided to try this place for my most recent mani/ pedi considering the high reviews and my usual place was booked up. The salon is very nice with up-to-date amenities and quiet. The nail techs were not very chatty but I brought earbuds. Also, I was the only customer for most of the time that I was there. I received one of the best manicures and pedicures I've ever had. I don't baby my hands and my mani/pedi still look perfect after a week and a half. I had a French gel manicure done by a young man and a regular French pedicure done by a motherly type lady who are both very skilled at what they do. Instead of the usual lotion hand massage after the manicure, I was offered lotion to apply to my own hands... not really a deal breaker for me but if hand massages are your thing, you may want to look elsewhere. The only caveat for me is that they only accept cash. However, they do have an ATM at the front of the salon. The cost was comparable to my usual place (~$60 for both). GUYS. we need to have a serious talk about this place. it is the absolute best- as in straight up where is the ten star button. the week before sister's wedding, I made an appointment for five of us to have deluxe pedicures and gel manicures here at nails n wax. there are massaging reclining chairs to relax in with stacks of magazines to peruse while your grimy toes are pampered. the deluxe pedi was great, with leg scrubs and fancy foot business a plenty. there's a HUGE rack of o.p.i polish to choose from. the gel manicures were done perfectly, and with attention to detail. the polish lasted forever- it literally looked great for WEEKS. we all highly recommend this place! Best gel manicure I've ever gotten. I wish I knew the gentleman's name that did my nails but he was so meticulous, my nails were literally perfect. And they lasted about 3 weeks. The lady/owner seemed a  little rude and stand-offish but the service they provided was worth it in my opinion. Read Less
