*This was my first time being there* I walked in on a Thursday right around 5pm and wanted to get a full set and a pedicure. I was told very abruptly that there wasn't enough time to do my nails but they could do my pedicure. I went ahead with just the pedicure. The young man that did my pedicure speaks great English and did the best leg massage I have ever had. He puts a lot of work into it and it is wonderful. About halfway through he asked if I was getting my nails done and I told him what the man told me when I walked in. He started talking to that man that originally told me that and then he started telling me that he could do my nails tonight but didn't really seem happy with that (even though he was sitting on the couch on his laptop) so I offered to just make an appointment for the next day. My pedicure was amazing and I only got the lowest level pedicure (they didn't ask first- you just have to let them know when they're first getting started). Even though I had an appointment the following day I ended up waiting for about 15 minutes. I might not have liked the customer service side of things, but at the end of the day my pedicure was probably the best I ever have had. My nails turned out great, just what I wanted. I only took my rating to a 4 star because of the lack of customer service but if I was rating the services alone it would be a 5 star review. If you go I recommend having an appointment ahead of time so you make sure you get what you want.

Have tried 5 different nail places in Oak Ridge and this is by far my favorite! The place is clean and they have very hygienic practices. I would recommend calling ahead to make an appointment because they do get busy as I think I'm not the only one who loves this place!

For YEARS I've been getting the best pedicures for low prices!!! I do not know what happened to the customer who had a bad experience (they allow their daughter to be in the store and I find her a good reason for living, she is so delightful, but some may not like having a child around, IDK). Not only is it a happy family environment, but they have massage chairs and I get a "free" massage along with my pedicure which usually lasts four or five weeks! Just a perfect pedicure experience.

Have heard really good things so my sister and I decided to try it. Was the worst service and the worst pedicure I have ever had!!! They hop back and forth from client to client, very unprofessional !!! They were very rude and unfriendly!!! Ther person doing my sisters cut her toe, she did not even say she was sorry or seem like she was concerned. Both of our nails were not filed even. Hardly did any massage on the feet, did not exfoliate at all, it was difficult to relax because there was a child running around the Salon the entire time and I wanted gels on my toes (I work in a salon) the girl who did my toes did not know how to do gels because she was not doing the right and when I tried to ask her about it she lied to me!! Very disappointed !!!

I was told very abruptly that there wasn't enough time to do my nails but they could do my pedicure. I went ahead with just the pedicure. I do not know what happened to the customer who had a bad experience (they allow their daughter to be in the store and I find her a good reason for living, she is so delightful, but some may not like having a child around, IDK).
