I have to say that I come here all of the time. I have real nails and so I get the dip system to make them look thicker and healthier but lately, and it has been for some time now I havr not been happy. My nails begin to fall apart a few days after I get them done. I don't have time to come back on to get them looked at. I pay a lot of money to have them done the first time. I am a big tipper and pay more for my real nails than I would to get some fake ones glued on. So I don't understand why my hands have to look like this. Read Less

Horrible experience. I have given this place a couple of chances. The last time I went I did the powder dip and the top coat started coming off two days later. It’s been a week and already coming up! I have been getting the powder at other place and it has lasted three weeks. Not here!! I do not recommend this place to anyone. Read Less

I've been going to Fashion nail for over a year now and I am very happy there. John is amazing, a true artist! I adore Tonya for my pedicures. It's been over 8 weeks since I have been there as I had ankle surgery on August 28 and I have been non weight bearing and immobile since. Tonya prepared me with bare, toenails on my request as prep for my surgery. John gave me a light powder 'French' mani and cut my nails short as I knew it would be a while before I would be able t...o return, and I wanted them to look natural as they grew out. Now, after all this time, my nails are still healthy and have the complete mani that John did for me intact. I have been going to Fashion Nail Spa for 6 years.....LOVE the service I get!! When I moved, I tried two different salons and they just could not compare. I would not recommend going here to Fashion Nails to anyone. This was my first and last on August 18th 2017 and I should have posted my review that day I had a Mani pedi but I normally don't post reviews but the more I thought about it the more frustrated I became.. I don't treat myself to a mani and pedi very often and this one was just bad, it was not relaxing it was painful because the tech just was going fast not caring if he was hurting me with the cuticle tool and look...ing over his shoulder at the door. He also could not speak any English and I had to point at what I wanted then he had to ask his coworker what is was. Then I was hoping the Mani would have been better but it was worst. I spoke up two times to the nail tech that he was hurting me once on Pedi and once on Mani but he did not understand what I was saying. During mani I was nipped and was bleeding and nail was not even filed straight on my big toe.. I was not happy they do not use bags in their Pedi tubs and when I walked up to sit in my spa chair the tech was cleaning goo out of filter of the tub.. I'm adding pictures.. No not ever again!! I'm not normally one to use the average nail spa. But this place is great. I have been here for mani, pedi, etc. Always happy. Right now, I'm sitting in a big, fancy, massaging, pedicure chair where a very nice man just gave me a #2 pedicure (sea salt exfoliating & hot towels). It's a Saturday and I didn't have an appointment when I walked in about noon. They welcomed me and there was no wait. Very nice environment. New pedicure chairs. Great service from friendly people. Worst Pedicure I have ever had, the Lady working on my feet was so rough that my heels were bleeding. NEVER NEVER GO HERE, ask for a simple anchor design and it looked like a blob of white polish, so needless to say I ask for only polish after that so she about rubbed my big toe off STAY AWAY from this nail salon!!!!!!!! I have been a client for 15+ years. I went yesterday to have one nail repaired and a fill-in. My tech was brutal with the drill. My fingers are so sore they ache when I wash my hands, I let her know she was hurting me but it was if she was not listening to me. After she was done with the drill and filing my nails; I was not allowed to wash my hands before she polished my nails and she charged me 45.00 for a fill-in! For this to be such a beautiful looking business it was the worst experience I have ever had which sucked because this was my very first pedicure ever. They were nice at first but once the lady asked me what package I wanted & chose the cheapest one she treated me rudely & actually hurt me several times. I also now have a bruise right above 2 of my toes and both my feet are swelling. Also the package I chose included a hand massage but like Christina said below.. I guess going & doing her own nails was more important than taking care of her customer. Since this was my first time I literally had no clue what to do & it would've been helpful if she would have spoke to me. They were rude to us and didn't even bother to have a conversation with me, my daughter, and my cousin. My cousin got the cheapest package for a pedi and the lady rolled her eyes. On top of that, it was supposed to include a hand massage, which she didn't get. The lady didn't even bother to put her shoes back on for her so the nail polish wouldn't mess up. She decided doing her nails instead of giving her customer a hand massage was more important. Just a few hours later, my ...cousins feet started to swell and turn red. Thats not normal. My daughter had a guy doing her nails and he didn't say a single word to her! Also, her nails were painted white, and now they are brown and look nasty! She hasn't done anything to cause them to turn brown as we are on vacation and were traveling all day. I tried to carry on a conversation with the lady doing my nails, and she didn't care to talk to me. Also, my design on my nails look nothing alike! Worst nail experience I've ever had. Didn't want the Jell ,but "Ming Ming" gave it to me any way . She put several nails on crooked, when I asked her to fix them she ignored me. Because of this, several nails fell off just DAYS later. She had cut several of my cuticles making me bleed. Just all around RUDE. Wouldn't recommend this place at all. Read Less

Worst place ever didn't use a uv light for gels. Left customers sitting for over an hour. There are 3 dremel scrapes on the actual finger and my girlfriends nails now look like they have waves in them. This was honestly the worst nail experience I've ever had. I went in for a pedicure and gel manicure, and I will absolutely never be back.The lady who did my pedicure did not even exfoliate my feet at all with the pumice stone. I asked why she didn't use one and she said "oh that's not included" when my friend got the exact same type of pedicure and her lady included the service. The polish was very messy, and the cuticle lines were not clean.I then went to get my gel manicure. She did not soak my hands in water at all and attempted to cut my cuticles dry which hurt so badly. I asked her why she didn't soak my hands and water, and she said that is not possible when getting a gel manicure. I told her that is what the technicians usually do and she proceeded to ask me if I've ever even had my nails done before. Yes, many times at much better places. She then did my gel polish which looked absolutely horrible. I complained to management and they came over to try and fix it. The lady that was doing my nails began complaining and making me feel bad for speaking up.I told management that I was not comfortable paying full price for the service. They gave me $20 off. About an hour after I had left, the gel polish on my hands began chipping off. I called the salon to see if a different technician would be able to fix it. They said sure. I came in and had my nails redone by the manager of the salon. I was getting ready to leave after wasting a significant portion of my day when the manager comes out with a bill for $20. He told me that I needed to pay the rest since I had them touched up.The entire experience was horrific. The lady that did my nails had a serious attitude problem and made me feel bad for speaking up about a service that was clearly unsatisfactory. The manager was extremely unprofessional. Bad mani/pedi experience. I was seated in leaning chair that I kept slipping out of, and the nail tech didn't mention or turn on the massage chair. The price is $38 which is comparable to many other salons, but the massage and callous removal services are reduced. The nail tech did not even ask if I wanted my nails rounded or squared. Read Less
