Me and my mother went one day bc the place we usually go, Manhattan nail bar, was closed bc it was a Sunday. We never get to go do things like this with each other so we decided to go get manicures and pedicures. My pedicure was okay, but my mothers was done very poorly and the polish was very old. She had to ask them to fix it bc it looked like it wasn't completely covering her toenails. We didn't mind that bc we know sometimes mistakes happen. My nail tech misunderstood what I wanted with my full set and though she was very willing to fix it, she did a poor job doing so and i had to correct her a couple of times and tell her that there was still spots left to go back over. After my nails were finished, the acrylic had TONS of bubbles, the tips on my thumbs were too small for my nails, they turned yellow after 2 days (and i hadn't laid in a tanning bed) and began to lift. I finally took them off myself and didn't have any issue because they were already beginning to come off on their own. I went for a fill in on Feb 25,2018 and when I walked in there was a guy who was not happy with his pedi, that should’ve been my last sign for me to turn around because I had already read the reviews and they were bad but I went anyway long story short I was not happy with the two nails he replaced the next day my polish started coming off (gel polish) by the weekend my nails have already started coming up and now 4nails have already popped off and my originally set was only 2wks old Read Less

I went there yesterday because I couldn't get in to my regular nail place, I was there from 5 till 9 all for a full set that was half ass done! Keep in my mind I had the worst day of my life yesterday and was hoping for a relaxing experience! I filed my OWN nails and left there with them looking like shit! They were all different shapes and sizes! If I owned a nail salon, there is no way in hell I'd let someone leave my salon with nails that look like mine! They are paper thi...n and rough around the edges uneven misshaped! I'm blown away and to beat it all he still made me pay 35 dollars in which now I'm gonna have to pay even more to go get them fixed! Horrible customer service! This place was not very nice from the out side it looked okay and the inside looked okay as well. My friend and I got are nails done and they were lopsided, acrylic on our skin , bubbles on the nails/in the nail polish. They were really friendly when we first walked in but then it was like they did not care they did a sloppy job and when we asked to get are nails shorter they said no, and that it was a good length. Horrible place. Dirty, unprofessional and do a very bad job. I had appointment made days in advance, was there for over 2 hours to just get nails done with gel. Once they seat you and start you so you can not leave hey abandon you, they start others too so walkins won't leave. Everyone is just stuck there like captives for hours....nails half done and can not leave while they seat and start on a new victim so they are stuck too. Would have thought that after over 2 hours would at least have nice nails. NOT THE CASE AT ALL.....the gel is thin in some spots and thick and lumpy in others and peeling off in less than a week. He even missed some spots around edges, so they are bare but it is so dark in there you can not tell how bad it is until after you leave. I think the darkness is to hide the filth. The place is nasty, open bottle of supplies sitting around, dusty and dirty all over, smelly and the light box I put my hand in was slimly grimy feeling inside. Absolutely the worst salon experience I have ever had. oh and they had wrong prices on the internet, so check the sign on the wall , higher prices than advertised but I didn't see that until too late. Was not happy at all when I left, they knew it and didn't care, just wanted their money. One employee speaks absolutely no English, doesn't even try to communicate so Brandon is constantly yelling across the room at him. This was the worst mani/ pedi I've ever had. I will not go back. I had bought a groupon deal so I decided to try it out. It wasn't worth saving money because I still need to get my nails done. I have cuts on my fingers and my nails are uneven. The colors don't match. My fingers are one color and my toes are another! There are lots of nice nail places to go to, do not go to this one! Worst manicure and pedicure I've ever had. The lady made me bleed during my pedicure and rubbed the skin around my toes raw. The manicure isn't worth the money. It was basically just a polish and some lotion at the very end. There was nail polish all over my fingers that she didn't bother to clean up. The place itself was dirty. Very disappointed in my nails and toes. You can see the "brush" strokes, the man had an attitude while doing my toes. They look awful. I could've painted them myself honestly. I'm overall very disappointed. I've been coming here every time I would come visit home and this is by far the worst experience I have ever had. I won't be coming back. I would not come back to this nail salon. The manicure was not even a true manicure; I might as well have just gotten polish. The tools and the salon did not seem clean. I left with polish all over my fingers and cuticles poorly cut. My friend that came with me had several cuts and her finger was bleeding! This husband and wife duo are awesome! I adore Rachel (aka NY) and Aaron. Rachel is so funny and personable while Aaron is a bit quieter, but both are wonderful. I am extremely happy with how natural my acrylics look. Not too thick but they stay on and don't break! I drive into Oak Ridge just to get my nails done here. Definitely worth the trip. Read Less
