Mani and Pedi, we all need it. This location is in Nolensville, and super cute inside. Full staff and lots of mani and Pedi stations. They probably have the most color collections starting from SNS, and gel polish to regular good ol' manicures. They get busy on the weekends so make sure to call and set up an appt vs walk in. Mixed Feelings Today I got a pedicure and the SNS nail dip. The pedicure was awesome as the nail tech was extremely friendly, attentive and very thorough. I just knew my fingernail experience would be as awesome as my pedicure experience. However, another young lady took over the job of the SNS nail dip. Maybe it is now becoming acceptable for nail techs to be on the phone texting and socializing with each other while tending to clients. I don' know... but, it felt rude. Now that I am home and have had a chance to look my finger nails over, I see the flaws resulting from her distraction. I don't think that I will be returning. :( Read Less

Where do I startFirst of all their hours are BS they close early. They turn people away because they want to leave early. They r rude horrible customer service furthermore there technique with doing nails are below average however it's a pretty salon so if you want to pretty atmosphere but a horrible nail job and fast pedi job I would definitely try this nail salon. I wrote a review of Nail Loft before and then deleted it because I was embarrassed. In the review, I admitted that after getting a pedi, I got a nail fungus. So gross! So embarrassing! And worse, I couldn't get a pedicure for almost a year while my nail grew out. As there are so many wonderful reviews of The Nail Loft on Yelp, I wondered if it was possible that I picked up the fungus somewhere else. That in mind, I decided to give them another chance. I got a mani/pedi combo. After the girl next to me finished her pedicure, I noticed that they immediately put someone in the same chair. I thought, "That's weird". I hadn't noticed them cleaning the bowl nor do they use plastic liners. But again I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. Perhaps they cleaned it swiftly when I wasn't looking? (I later learned that even a swift clean is not sufficient. Google it for yourself.) When they moved me from the pedicure chair to the manicure table, I decided to pay close attention. I watched my old chair like a hawk. And sure enough, they placed someone at my old chair without cleaning the bowl. They create a beautiful nail. I've had both good and bad service. The salon is cute. BUT!!! I can't get past the fact that they don't clean their chairs between clients. That's gross and dangerous. Read Less

Vin Lee does my nails and he is awesome! Occasionally if he isn't there the other girls do my nails. Great experience every time and they always take their time to make sure everything comes out perfect. I was new to town and struggled to find a nail place that did my nails as great as my Miami nail place did. I finally found it. would never go anywhere else! The staff is sweet, funny and social. You can talk to any of them about your day, problems or triumphs and they listen and encourage you. The wine is the bomb. Just an overall great atmosphere. Definitely worth the money and time. I was cautious about trying this place after reading some of the reviews online, but I was extremely pleased by the whole experience. I arrived way early (try 45 minutes!), but they were willing to take me right away. As I noticed, they have sufficient staff to accommodate walk-ins. They're also very efficient. Besides being pleased with the results of a badly needed pedicure (I opted for the deluxe and it was well worth it!), I enjoyed the people and the atmosphere... and the complementary glass of wine. I understand how some reviewers mentioned feeling like the staff was not paying attention to them. Most of them don't seem to have the gift of gab BUT every time I started the conversation, my pedicurist was extremely pleasant and joined in the chit-chat. I let her pick the polish color and she impressed me with her choice of a deep burgundy. All in all, price, quality, and atmosphere were all great to me and I will definitely be back regularly. I come here to get my eyelashes done by Julie and this place is always busy! Julie/eyelash extensions: I decided to get eyelash extensions for my wedding and now that I've gotten so many compliments on it, I can't stop! Julie is really awesome. She takes her time putting every single eyelash on. You can pretty much tell her what look you're going for and she will do it for you!Nail: I got my nails done by Vinh and he was so funny. I wanted to try a different nail color but he insisted on using a diff color on me! I really didn't care because all I wanted was to get the nasty gels I had on. He was right tho! I really loved the color that he picked! It's also really nice to see that they sanitize their nail equipments. My nails look perfect! Yinh did a great job and I'll definitely be going back to see him. He has 20+ years experience and you can tell - he works quickly but they look beautiful. I've been there twice so far The first time a man did an acrylic fill. He did ok, but the place was so beautiful and everyone was so nice I thought I'd go back and see if a different person could do a great job. The second time Sharon did my acrylic fill, and she was amazing! She listened to what I wanted and my nails are exactly the way I want them to be. Sadly, I wanted to make this my go to salon, but I got a manicure today and it is awful. Truly. There's color on my cuticles, and there's dips and bubbles on my nails. It is super dark in there so I didn't notice until I got home. I'm writing this so you all can correct the problem . First time visitor and had a wonderful visit! I got their deluxe pedicure and it had a nice variety of cleaning, scrubbing and pampering. Went in for my first visit today. I went in as soon as they opened, (9 am) and it was a good thing I did. While I was the very first customer, I noticed another person coming about 10 minutes later, and then another one 5 minutes later, and so on. So definitely come in early on a weekend as it can fill up pretty quick. I was immediately pleased with the decor, as it was very modern looking and things just seemed to be new and updated. I was also pleased with how well the staff's english is (because let's be real; it can be extremely hard to communicate needs with nail techs). The girl that greeted me was super friendly and outgoing. She was also the one who ended up being my nail tech. I took off one star because my nail tech accidentally clipped a hangnail and made me bleed. (Key word, accidentally!). She definitely noticed, apologized, and persisted to ask me if I was doing okay and was comfortable. I liked this because most nail techs put on a poker face if they make you bleed. However, I took off a star because she didn't do a great job with bringing the color all the way up to my cuticles. There was a small gap between each nail. Read Less

Gel polish with manicure start to finish was a little over 20 min! Had a nail tech that barely said two words and left with one bleeding & two sore cuticles - I know Saturday is a busy time but I got the extra rush job and the pain to prove it. Just left after waiting over an hour. Unfriendly and disorganized (someone who came in 15 minutes after me was almost done when I walked out without anyone acknowledging me). Disappointing. Just a simple smile and a simple "I'm sorry you've had to wait so much longer than we said it would be. Someone will be with you in 10 minutes (or however long)" would have been great. Not worth feeling like you're an inconvenience (everyone who works there looks like they hate their jobs and hate being bothered with having customers) and not getting any service at all when there are 5 other nail salons so close by. Went here for the first time last weekend, and it was great! Very warmly greeted by a sweet young woman....I didn't get her name, but she has a beautiful smile and was so welcoming to everyone who came in (she is the "hostess", if you will). Amy did my nails and she did a wonderful job! She was also very helpful in telling me about my options so that I got the most "bang for my buck"! (I got the deluxe pedi and regular mani). After having a bad experience at another local nail salon (which will not be named) I wanted to try Nail Loft as it came recommended by a friend.I was greeted upon arrival and asked to pick a color.  There was a large selection.  I was really impressed with the customer service.  I'm 30 weeks pregnant and needed help taking off my booties (I acknowledge they are impractical but really cute).  The nail technician helped me!  My pedicure looks great and it was $25.00 (without tip) for a regular pedi.  Can't beat the price for the quality.  Nail Loft you've got a new customer! I had to change nail salons after a new owner came into my old one and got rid of all the people who worked there (who were great) and replaced them with subpar techs. Thankfully, a few ladies from the old place ended up here at The Nail Loft. They are always polite and don't mind chatting if you want to talk while gettting your mani/pedi. I always get the gel polish and it usually lasts 3 weeks (probably would last more, but I always go get it redone by then!). They don't have aTV which I think adds to the relaxing atmosphere. I was really excited to see this place move in to the new shopping center because it's so close to my house.  They have good hours for a place out in the country, and their prices are great ($15 for mani, $25 for pedi).The ladies are all really nice.  They're easy to talk to if you're the chatty type - happy to let you meditate if you aren't.My mani lasted a week, which included some heavy gardening and other yard work - well done, ladies!The atmosphere isn't especially relaxing, but it's usually fairly quiet.  My only complaint is that the benches for their drying stations need some work - I felt like I was sitting on a railing :-( Read Less

Im reviewing the customer service and pricing, not the actual mani/pedi. I walked into the Nail Loft and it was completely, totally empty. Not one customer. There was a girl at the front desk who mumbled for me to "sign in." Never made eye contact with me, never smiled. I signed my name on a yellow legal pad, and was directed to sit down at a mani table where another girl was cleaning out her purse. Receipts, phones, lipstick, etc all over the table. Awkward.I asked about a french manicure gel. I was told the gel was $35 and a manicure was $10. That was confusing to me, I just wanted a gel manicure. Another awkward! Long story short, they will be happy to paint your nails and put them under the light for $35. Takes all of 10 minutes. However, if you actually want your cuticles maintained, any lotion applied, any filing done, that will be another $10. Total  $45 for a simple gel manicure. I left without getting the overpriced service. For my money, I will go down the street to any of the other million nail shops where they actually seem happy to see you ( more money in their pocket) and don't make you feel like a stupid country bumpkin.
