The worst pedicure I have ever had. Completely rushed and poor quality. The lady started the service while being on her cell phone. She didn’t take all the old polish off. She made me bleed when removing cuticle. What you get included for the regular pedicure price is disappointing, I’ve gotten a deluxe elsewhere for the same cost and significantly better service. My first experience here wasn’t bad. I loved my nails and that was why I went back. The first time I went in got a full set with shellac polish, which cost me 45.00. Tonight I went back for just a rebase and shellac polish. I showed the technician the color I wanted. I couldn’t find the color in the book but she said she would do it for me a different way. I was totally okay with that. What I wasn’t okay with was what I had to pay for the color. My total tonight was 45.00 aga...in, because apparently what I got was a chrome color on my ring finger and pinky which is 10.00 extra!!!! If I would have know that I wouldn’t have gotten it. Why would I pay that?!?!? Not to mention I still left a tip! It would have been nice to know that I was going the charged 10.00 for something like that. I was totally fine finding a different color that wouldn’t cost me 10.00 extra dollars. Just be honest and tell me it’s going to be extra. This is the best nail salon in the Hermitage area. I always receive great service ans a great experience!! Emily is so nice and does great designs for my summer toes. Been here twice so far and will definitely be back. The whole staff is very nice and pleasant. Always making sure I'm comfortable. The nail tech I had pays good attention to detail and actually listens to what I want which is a problem I've had at other places. I got a special french manicure at here for 3 weks prior and products were very good. Look them very shiny with gel color and last up 3+ weeks ( no chipping ). Also, their prices are rational than anywhere else! I'll be back soon. Read Less

I have been to a few nail spas, and I would say that this is by far the BEST I've ever been to. I used to have issues with my nail coming off less than a week after I got them done. I was looking for a place that could do a good job. I came across reviews for TMT. I decided to give it a try, and I must say they did not disappoint. I have been there 3 times, and each and every time their service has been exceptional. Also, my nails stay intact for almost a month. They definitely know what they are doing. After a long deployment my feet were in need of TLC.  I had the technician "BE" and she immediately helped me as soon as I walked in the door.  The salon was very clean and smelled of a fragrance of flowers.  My buddy got a manicure and I received a pedicure . She cleaned my feet up and brought them back to how they were before I deployed.  Very well worth $35.I will be back.  5 Star rating for sure! Read Less

This place is amazing! They are the friendliest people! They do really quality work and don't seem to rush the process like so many other nail salons. I had a great pedicure, and also had them remove my gel manicure which they did without  doing one a bit of damage to my nails. My sister, my niece and I had a fantastic experience at this salon. We went in for manis and pedis for my upcoming wedding. Victoria and her crew were amazing!! Our fingers and toes look gorgeous! Everyone was super friendly and welcoming. We had great conversations and lots of laughs with all the girls while we were there. The girl who did my niece's nails was so sweet and just awesome with her. It was my niece's first time getting her nails done in a salon and she was a little intimidated at first (she's 4), but after a little candy and bright pink fingers and toes, she left the salon with a huge smile. Thank TMT Nails & Spa was the only nail salon open today!  I was in town from Chesapeake, VA visiting my mother-in-law and decided to take her for a pedicure.  On the 4th of July, I found no other nail salon open, thank goodness!  The owners and staff of this salon are so friendly and I'm very pleased with my manicure and pedicure...and they took excellent care of both me and my mother-in-law!  If you're looking for a great place to have your nails done, your search is over!  Go see Emily! Hardest working crew. Great customer service. I came in when someone was being extremely rude to the nail tech and complaining about the nail color selection. They handled the situation very professionally and offered to redo the set multiple times. They don't turn people away which is a blessing and a curse. Called the salon to see if they carry OPI gel and to see if they had a certain color. The lady that answered was super helpful. I asked if I could come by in 15 minutes and she said yes. Great selection of OPI colors! Got a gel manicure and eyebrows waxed. The lady that did both services was very nice and did a great job! Read Less

I wanted to add a review for this place because i think more people should know about it and give them business! They didn't have a Yelp page so i created one just so I could review them :) They are so sweet here. The prices are super affordable, but they do such a great job and pay such close attention to what they are doing. I got a "signature pedicure" which included a parafin wrap and sugar scrub for $35. my nail tech was so detailed and spent so much time making sure my nails looked great. The ONLY reason i gave them 4 stars instead of 5 is because of polish selection. It's not very big and doesn't have a ton of variety. I think next time i'll bring in my own color because i had to choose something i didn't really love this time. Read Less

Not a great experience. We were excited to try this place out but from the beginning felt like it was not a good choice. My pedi water was cold and I asked 3 times for it warmer and they just kept adding cold water. They laughed at us and talked in their language about is then would tell us why they were laughing. My nails still have my old nail polish on them! And the straw that broke the camels back is they charged us wrong then wanted to tell us we got a deluxe pedicure when we didn't. Yes they fixed the over charging us thing after I came back in to call them out on it. But I would not go again that's for sure. There is a reason I drive 30 minutes away to get nails done! Read Less
