I had high hopes for this nail salon due to the stellar customer reviews as well as the quality work i received during 2/3 of my visits. During my last visit to BT nails i explained to the female tech that several of my nails were cracking in the corner and that if we needed to do a full set i would be fine with that. She said it was unnecessary and that she would file down the acrylic where it was cracked and then put more product over it. 24 hours hadn’t passed before i scratched my leg and my two pinky nails broke off. Later that day i was wrapping my sprained ankle in an ace bandage and my thumb broke off. The next day at work i was opening a letter and my pointer finger came flying off. In less than 48 hours 5 nails had broken off. I informed them after the first two broke and thankfully i couldn’t get back to the salon until that Thursday to get the repair. When i got there on Thursday no one knew what i was talking about but the girls were nice about it. They explained that their was a death in the owners family and that no one would be in that day to do acrylic. I told her i understood but i worked in customer service and it was ratchet to have 5 nails broken off. Not a professional look. But i wasn’t about to go elsewhere and be charged to have it fixed. The girl offered to take the nails off for me and also take down my info so that next time i come in i would be accommodated with a free set. Well i finally made it back there today and the owner was present. When i told him i was here for my free service he immediately began to make excuses. First he refused to speak to me after i told him the issue by helping the customers after me. Then when i explained the girl who told me i could get my nails done for free was sitting right there he avoided me. Finally after he could no longer avoid me he went to the girl and asked. She confirmed that she did tell me that and she also reminded him that she called that day and told him. He began to repremand her in front of her client and since they don’t put music on ever in their salon the rest of the clients could hear. He came back over to me and flat out refused. First he said it was because the nails were taken off. I again explained that she offered to take them off and told me after they were off that i would get a free set at my next visit. I then told him i didn’t even want a full set and that i would be ok with a manicure and gel. Then he said he would charge me to take off the nail polish i currently had on as well as charge me to receive a manicure and polish. I told him i wasn’t going to pay for another service of poor quality and that i wanted to be accommodated for the $53 i paid for a set that didn’t even last a Day. He made another excuse that i waited too long which i argued that i didn’t because i called AND came in after the nails started to break and that it wasn’t my fault no one was there to do acrylic on the day i came. He then told me i should have waited at the salon the entire day to see if someone became available to do acrylic. Being that the girls posted a sign on the door that said “no acrylic today” while I was there i very highly doubt someone was coming in. He then told me i should have come the next day. I told him his business hours are my business hours and i came on a day i could. If i could have come the next day i would have. Needless to say we argued back and fourth for a few minutes before i felt my brain was rotting and i couldn’t listen to his poor excuses. IF YOU ARE GOING TO OWN A BUSINESS PLS DO QUALITY WORK OR EXPECT TO ACCOMODATE YOUR CLIENTS. Very very poor customer service. Horrible embarrassing experience and i will be reporting to BBB and filing a claim to get my money back! Read Less

Just went there for the first time today and had a wonderful experience! They were able to give my friend and I pedicures/manicures as soon as we walked in the door - no wait at all! The nail technicians were very kind and did a fantastic job with our nails. The place was very clean and relaxing. They even let you pick out your lotion/foot scrub scent. They serve complimentary wine, margaritas, sangria, water, and soft drinks too. I'll definitely be back. A++ experience!! :) Read Less

I absolutely love this place. I have visited 5 nail salons in the Antioch/Brentwood/Green Hills areas and this is by far the best. Kayla and the staff are accommodating to the customers. It was the best SNS service I have every received. The decor is beautiful and clean. Stop by and see Kayla you want be disappointed. Read Less
