If you have yet to visit this gem, stop what you are doing and go NOW! I brought my sister in for a bridal mani/pedi and a pedi for myself on Friday. We entered as strangers and left as family. Amie and Dee were nothing short of delightful. They were amazing, professional, and a joy to meet. My bride left feeling pampered, loved, and brilliantly coiffed in the nail portion of her day! Now to the actual nails- they were amazing. Flawless manicure (I am a bit of a snob, so my “flawless” carries some weight) that saw her through the ceremony, boogeying down at the reception, and is still pristine today. Our pedicures were nothing short of perfection. If there is one SNAFU with weddings, it is the number of shoe changes, and not one chip or smudge. I even destroyed mine within 5 minutes trying to decide on different shoes (such a bad idea) and Dee fixed it within 10 seconds. Y’all- this place knows their craft AND customer service. Had a enjoyable experience at Xclusive Nail Studio. My 5 year old daughter and I went out for a girls day and this nail salon pampered us to the max! Horrible service! I arrived at 4:45. They close at 7. The gal who did my pedicure clearly did not want to do it because she was leaving in 30 minutes she said. She did not want to use the pink clear coat because it takes "longer" on a French pedicure. At the end she even bragged in front of me that that was the quickest she had ever completed a French pedicure. She was happy she was done on time. This is the 2nd time using this place. I went in on Wednesday June 14,2017 at 10:00 a.m. to get a powder dip ( very limited color selection) I did not leave until 11:45 a.m. and I was the only one there. Thursday the polish on my middle finger (right hand) cracked and I had to get it fixed. Here it is Sunday and my top coat is rising on most of my nails. New to the area, and was searching for a new nail salon for my toes. My fiancé schedule an appointment for us both at noon. There was a wait for us when we arrived, seems like they needed just one more employee to help out. The staff kept apologizing for the wait, which is fine. We both got basic pedicures and it was just what we both needed. The two girls that did our toes were very friendly and kind. The place was clean and neat which I loved. My mom and I came here to get mani pedis for Mother's Day (and because I am going out of the country tomorrow). When we got there, it was about 30 minutes before they closed, but they took us anyway! Amy was the one who welcomed us in and offered us drinks. She worked on my mom and did a great job. I had several people work on me, one girl did my hot stone massage, which felt great (my only complaint is that I wish it had lasted longer lol) and Huy (pronounced wee) did the majority of my other services (my full manicure and the Polish of my pedicure). Another woman started my pedicure, but I did not catch her name. Huy was great! He was very nice and professional, but personable. I had finally convinced my boyfriend to get a pedicure.  We showed up on a weekday afternoon and were seated almost immediately.  Everyone there was extremely delightful, great conversations were had, laughs and stories shared as well.  (Sorry, y'all, I'm terribly with names!)  My ingrown toenails were tended to beautifully and my fella's own foot issues were addressed.  He was super skeptical about having his toes done, but agreed that he would be returning with or without me once we were finished.  I'm excited to have them dip my nails in the very near future.  Their prices for all services are more than competitive with other salons, and are certainly way less than what I'm used to spending in and around Nashville! All out of town visitors looking for a treat need to visit this salon. I called at 3:30 on a Saturday and asked if there were any openings for 2 no chip/fill ins. I was told to come on in..... I'm visiting for the weekend from Chicago and you don't just get to come on in without an appointment. Not only were we greeted at the door, my daughter and I were seated and they started our nails right away. The energy here is unmatched to any salon I have visited in the Chicago area. I'm not a fan at all. The technician who did my nails was very inexperienced and took over 2.5hrs to do my nails. After that 2.5 hrs, my nails were horrible, and I had been cut twice. I'm finally finished, and I find out it will be $55. For what?! For 2.5hrs of work that I had to go home and fix myself?! The owners and staff were very nice, but they were slightly unorganized. I got shuffled around to 3 different people before getting my nails painted with Gel, which turned out poorly. I'm so happy with my pedicure by Ammie and nails by Huy! I accidentally spilled an ENTIRE bottle of powder and Huy was nice & professional. They both stayed after closing time with positive attitudes. The place is very clean. They use plastic liners in the pedicure bowls. I had a fabulous experience at Xclusive Nails today. It was my first visit to the salon and Huy made me feel very welcomed. He painlessly removed my old acrylic nails and did a fantastic job on a new pink & white set for me. The whole time he did my nails he was super friendly and engaging. We laughed a lot! I also noticed how the other staff in the salon were friendly and engaging with their customers. The salon was neat, clean, and comfortable. I have to say that Ammie was amazing. She had to take on my pedicure because her boss over slept and didn't find it necessary to get to work knowing full well I was scheduled at 10am for her (the boss). I will have to forgo the manicure I was going to get today because Amber is so very late. It is extremely unprofessional to arrive AFTER your appointment. There are no decorations and the place is bare. There is stark paint on the walls and no ambient lighting or music. They should have finished the decorating before opening. The owner, Amber, very sweet lady. However, I think working here by herself she is quite overwhelmed. I wish my experience would've been better, but unfortunately it wasn't what I expected to receive. The gel manicure I got lasted less than a week before it started chipping and I had to go back in for her to fix them. And even after they were fixed they were chipping. The pedicure I received was probably something at the lower end of the spectrum. The massage chairs were outdated and cracked. And she didn't use a new nail file either ): there was no type of cool massage oil or scrub, just the basic basic stuff. There was actually a lady there before me and then after me 2 more came and the owner was struggling to get everyone taken care of all at the same time. Not the place to get a relaxing pedi...Well for starters the place is not clean and there was only one girl to do me and my sisters pedi, and she was really rough on the cuticles it was painful then had to wipe each nail after a coat bc she kept getting it on the skin and she had her son there and he kept interrupting and then he goes outside and she's yelling across the salon at him then towards the end he was whining so she stopped what she was doing to my sisters toes to help her son play his lil game then went outside with him and didn't tell us what she was doing or when she would be back so we assumed we were done and put our own shoes on....I'm not high maintenance but I'm pregnant and a hairdresser so I was super excited about just relaxing and taking a lil care for my feet (and it's hard enough as it is getting my shoes on forget trying to get them on and trying to be careful haha) the lady was super sweet but if you're looking for something chill and relaxing...this is not the place :( Read Less

Open to anything and always trying to learn more about her art and does her best to educate you about what she's doing to get your nails exactly how you want them done. I just moved to Murfreesboro. I have been going to the same person for 20 years so I was extremely hesitant about having to find someone new. I read the reviews on Yelp for awhile before I finally had the time to come and try Xclusive Nail Studio. I was greeted by everyone when I immediately walked in. I had to wait maybe 10-15 minutes for Amber to finish up a pedicure and start on mine.Amber the owner, is extremely professional and polite. She loves what she does and it shows in her work. The salon was very clean and Amber explained to me what their cleaning process is so that I would secure. For me the most important thing about receiving a manicure or pedicure is that if the technician cant polish then that service is ruined. I am extremely satisfied with the way my pedicure looks. This adorable salon gets 5 stars for several reasons:1 - when I called asking if they did uv gel artificial nails, Amber was honest and polite from the beginning, letting me know she was still working with the product and didn't currently offer it on the menu. However, after hearing my story, she took me as a client and gave me EXACTLY what I was wanting. 2 - the salon didn't have a speck dirt, dust, or anything anywhere. It was spotless, and Amber and I had a (hilarious) conversation about state board cleanliness standards, her cleanliness standards, and how there's almost no such thing as "too clean" when it comes to cosmetics3 - Amber exemplified EXACTLY what a smart, headed-for-big-things business owner is: upfront, honest, straightforward, proud of her work & business, and polite. She answered all my questions fully, and then we discovered that we had several things in common. This made both of us break into giggles, and a budding friendship was formed. This nail salon is getting 5 stars for a few reasons, first the shop is SO clean. The staff takes pride in the fact that everything is sanitized completely.Next Amber, who is the owner is truly passionate about the job. She's a business women but she isn't all about trying to see how much she can get out of you. She will give discounts if you bundle the additional services like gel and design. However even with out a discount this nail salon is so well priced!Not only is it priced well you get way more bang for your buck. When I was getting my set Amber through in cuticle trimmings and others that are normally inclusive in manicures but not when u get fake nails for free.
